His sleeping body lay still in the blankets, his eyes shut gently. I watched his chest slowly rise up and down with breaths, my heart aching. I could watch him sleep forever...in fact I have been. I have been watching him sleep every night for the past month, since he got signed out of the hospital. His parents thought it would be best if he stayed in Chicago, with me.

I tried not to think about anything for a little while, my eyes falling on the Chicago skyline. It shone with news of the morning sunlight, although the streets were busy as ever. A soft sigh came from behind me and I turned my head, Phil rolling over, hugging the pillow tighter. Another smile broke out from my face, as I thought of him hugging the pillow so tight, it's as if he was hugging me. I prompted my feet up on the bed, sipping down my coffee. My eyes fell on a stack of papers, that was under the lamb on his bedside.

As I slowly made my way over them, I noticed they were drawings. It was an apartment building that looked slightly like Damon's.

Another unfinished picture caught my attention, laying in a corner, facing directly towards me. It was a complex sea view design. And there was a boat. It looked oddly familiar, and then I started realizing what it was. It was his boat, it wasn't completed, it's as if someone tried to paint the Marina and the boat, by memory.

On another piece of paper, there were only words written. The words 'Always and Forever'.

''I'm sorry if my room, is a mess. I'll clean it up as soon as possible.'' A voice whispered from behind me, making me jump a little.

''No, it's alright. Did you paint these?'' I asked.

Phil nodded his head, casually. ''Yeah, I like to paint. Lately I've been getting weird images too, like a camera or TV unfocused. So, I just paint them. Some of them turn out to be quite great actually.'' He said, bending down on knee to pick up another stack from under the bed. I guess, these were the completed ones. He showed me a painting of a lake with a rock by the stream. King Rock, I thought.

''How long have you painted for?'' I asked quietly.

''For as long as I can remember. Literally.'' He chuckled to himself, making me frown.

''You never mentioned that, when we were together.'' I whispered.

''Really?'' He asked.

I nodded my head slowly, my eyes wandering to his body again. My gaze fell onto his ink.

''Hey...do you know where you got that from?'' I asked, smiling.

He looked down to where I was pointing. ''No idea. Must have been a wild night.'' He whispered as he admired, the letter S with a heart next to it, on his wrist.

''You got that with me.'' I smiled.

He looked up confused. ''Really?''

''Yes.'' I smiled. ''That letter represents my name, and I have the letter P, which represent yours. We got those about a year ago when we promised each other, that our love will never die and will remain forever, just like a tattoo.'' I said, showing him my tattoo. ''You know, for a guy, you scream like a girl. You made me hold your hand the entire time, begging Tony to stop.''
