Sehun didn't exactly mean to end spying on Seungri and his rather intimate skype call with BIGBANG's leader and apparently Seungri's boyfriend, G-Dragon.
He had come to the dressing room to wish him well for his 1st solo concert, that he himself had been invited to guest in. The staff had said Seungri was alone in the dressing room because he had requested privacy while speaking to Jiyong for a few minutes.

After the concert ended Seungri surprised Sehun by inviting him to the after party. Sehun agreed to go though he wasn't much into partying especially when he didn't know most of the people there. But it gave him a chance to spend more time with Seungri who by now Sehun realized he had a serious crush on.
