A/N: Hey everyone! Long time no see. Sorry I haven't updated in like a year. I really am. I've decided that because I started a new story and left this one that I should maybe write a chapter here then another for my new story. So just switching between the two stories I guess. Anyway I hope you enjoy this chapter...

Grace's POV

My mother was extremely upset with how the party went and I feel ashamed at what happened. However, there was nothing any of us could have done to stop the party from ending up how it did.

Well, I guess I didn't have to bring the whole fairy princess into it but there was no way in hell I was going to allow that girl to keep acting like she owned the place.

It was Monday now and I was currently getting ready for school. I wasn't overly fond of our school uniform. The girl's had to wear orange shirts with navy blue cross over ties and a short navy skirt while the boys wore orange shirts with a navy long tie and navy pants.

I had just finished tying the shoelaces on my black leather shoes when I heard my mum's voice.

"Grace dear. Have you had breakfast yet?"

"Not yet mum." I called back as I quickly took a glance at the clock.

Wow, it was already 8.15am. If I didn't hurry up, I would definitely be late. School starts at 8.40 and it's a fifteen minute walk from my house.

Running into the kitchen, I opened the cupboard and pulled out the cereal container ¾ full of coco pops. Mum always says it's not good to be eating this sort of stuff for breakfast but eh, it's chocolate.

"Morning Gracie." Jake spoke from the kitchen counter. He was eating coco pops too. Ah, the goodness of chocolate cereal...

"Hey Jakey boy. I see you're indulging the magical chocolateness which is coco pops as well." I nodded towards his cereal bowl as I poured the milk into my bowl.

"Oh yes. Nothing makes me feel more giddy than magical chocolateness."

"Really? Giddy?"

"I was trying to make fun of that word you use all the time." He smirked at me.

"Oh shut up." I rolled my eyes and carried my bowl of coco pops into the lounge room and sat on the couch.

He followed me over to the couch and sat down next to me. I rested my feet on his lap and poked my tongue out at him when he looked at me strangely.

We sat down watching morning cartoons for a few minutes until he grabbed my bowl of coco pops from me and took a big spoonful.

"What do you think you're doing?" I asked him, crossing my arms over my chest.

"You're taking forever, I'm hungry and we have to leave for school in ten minutes." Jake told me. My eyes widened and I looked over at the clock seeing that he was right. Shit.

I quickly got off Jake, leaving him to finish my breakfast and rushed up to my room to make my hair presentable and brush my teeth. Even though Jake had already eaten breakfast I knew he wouldn't care to have just a bit more. I ate a lot of cereal anyway. Just five minutes later I was done getting ready and I went out to wait at the bus stop with Jake.

We both walked to school in silence for majority of the trip. It wasn't awkward between us and it never had been. It was a comfortable silence that passed between us and I was okay with that. I didn't know if there was anything I wanted to say to him in particular anyway.

When Jake and I finally arrived to school (where we mostly talked about what was planned for our classes today), we both went our separate ways and only a few seconds later did Harley come storming over to me.
