Chase and I talked about running for months, but the only problem was money, and the baby. I know, I was only four months, but it's something that you have to consider! Throughout those months, I continued to avoid James at all cost. James didn't want this baby, and he was going to make sure I wasn't going to have it. "(Y/N)?" Chase snapped his fingers in front of my face, "Earth to Hipster!" I shook my head to clear my thoughts, "Uh-what?" He chuckled deeply and ran a hand through his newly dyed green hair, "What do you want to drink?" I quickly told the waitress my order and embarrassedly covered my face. "What were you thinking about?" Chase asked. "You know if James finds me here, he'll teach me a lesson. And it won't be a good one." I stated softly. He rolled his eyes and gestured to my baby bump, "If he even lays a hand on you, I'll beat his face in." I giggled lightly, "Let's just hope we don't have to see him." The waitress handed us our drinks and took the order for our meals and returned to the kitchen. I sipped slowly onto the straw. "You feeling okay? You seem more...distant." Chase asked. I shrugged and huffed, "Are we really going to go through with this plan? Will Mark let us raise a baby in his house? Do you want this baby? Can we handle-" "Alright, that's enough brainstorming for you." He demanded sweetly, "You decided that you'd put the baby up for adoption, remembers? But, I said that I'd take it since Olivia has been begging for a younger sibling. Simply, you can live with Mark for as long as you need, and I'll get a house with Robin." "Robin is going to live with you and Olivia?" I scoffed. "Why not? He loves her!" Chase smirked. I've heard a lot about Miss Olivia, and I'm excited to meet her! She's only four, but she dreams of meeting me. I dream of meeting her! "I just think that putting the baby up for adoption would be a better choice. And it can be an open adoption, so it has contact to it's parents." I rebutted.  He sighed and slowly nodded, "Maybe you're right. I'd be a single father, and you'd be a single mother. We're not interested in each other like that." He looked up, "Are we?" I have to admit, I've developed feelings -I know, once again- for Mr. Brody, but I've been blaming them on the pregnancy mood swings and hormones. I don't think I've ever stopped loving him. "No. We're close friends, that had a bad night that created this bundle of joy. We had no intention of getting pregnant together." I explained. Chases head sunk in disappointment, "Yeah. Right." I gently placed a hand on his shoulder, "It's only five more months, and then we don't have to worry about any of this anymore." "(Y/N)? Is that you?" A British accent made me rip my hand away from Chase's shoulder. I turned towards James, "James! I thought you were working today!" He securely scolded me, but softened his glare when Chase looked at him, "I told you that I was off. I thought you weren't feeling well, that what you said when I asked if you wanted to come over." "I started feeling better, so I came here with Chase." I lied. James nodded slowly, "Well, please make your way home soon, I want to spend some time with you today, so we can talk about this." He then held up two plane tickets to LA. My heart sank. James kissed my cheek, "You better be on the couch when I get there, and if not, you're going to regret it." He whispered quietly.
I patiently waited on the couch for James. I hated this. I hated him. I wiped the tears from my eyes and straightened my back, maybe I should stand up for myself. "Stand." A gruff voice ordered. I bowed my head and listened to James' command. He grabbed a chunk of my hair and pulled me down the hall to the bedroom, throwing me onto the bed in lust. "You're going to learn for your actions. And I'm not going to go easy." James smirked. "Crawl to the wall." He demanded. "Y-Yes master." My brain screamed at me not to say that word. That name. Master. God, it made me feel sick. James pressed me against the wall, pulling my hair back, "You've been a naughty girl~" I gulped away my fear and tightly closed my eyes. "Los Angles, huh? What do you find there?" He whispered, grabbing my wrist and pinning them above my head. I didn't say a word, and that made him very angry. He threw me onto the bed, biting down on my ears and neck.

~Chase Brody's Perspective~

"(Y/N)! I've brought you breakfast, can you open up please?" I knocked on the door repeatedly, but no answer. I rolled my eyes and lifted up the place mat on the front door, that's where the key was at. I twisted the door open, and the place was a mess. Clothes were thrown everywhere, things were knocked off of bookcases, it was like there was a robbery. The sound of rushing water caught my attention. "(Y/N)?" I knocked on the bathroom door, "Are you in there?" Once again there was no response. Bloody bedroom sheets got caught in the corner of my eye. Red soaked the white sheets, and it covered a large area. "Okay, I'm coming in." The mirror was fogged up from the hot water and bloody hand prints covered the counter. There were no clothes. "C-Chase? Is that you?" (Y/N)'s voice quivered from behind the shower curtain. I turned to her, her face poking out of the shower, but the curtain still covering her bare body. "What happened? Why is there blood everywhere?" I asked. She mumbled something to herself and shut off the water, taking the towel from the toilet and wrapping herself in it. "What time is it?" She dodged my question. I looked at my watch, "It's 12:42. How long have you been in there?" She ran a hand through her wet hair, "I woke up at 2 am after James had come over, and there was blood everywhere. I panicked and got in the shower. It stopped after I heard you knocking on the front door." "Bleeding from...down there?" I asked. She nodded embarrassingly. That's not good. "What did James do?" I pushed further. She bit her lip, "Let me go get dressed first."

Together we sat on the couch, she looked uncomfortable. "Last night, James came over to teach me a lesson." She started, tears soon forming in her eyes, "He was s-so rough. He pushed me against the wall and pulled my hair, he threw me onto the bed and-" She took in a deep breath and covered her mouth, shutting her eyes tight. She was collecting herself. "H-he kept going. He didn't listen to me cry for help. He t-thrust and I h-heard a quiet pop and this sharp pain. I pushed him away, he only slightly stumbled back. He told me that he was coming back for more tonight." She finished, "After that I didn't feel any pain, and I was so scared when I was b-bleeding, I didn't want to leave the shower." "We need to get you to the hospital." I demanded, "He could've hurt the baby." She nodded weakly.

~ Your Perspective ~

This can't be happening. The doctors are lying. "Caused you womb to be punctured and caused the baby to drown in your blood-" I caught. I killed my baby. I did. Not James, not Chase, me. I covered my mouth and turn away from Chase's glances. The doctor continued to talk with Chase about the miscarriage specialist, but I blanked out. I felt sick, "I need some air." Chase called my name as I continued to push myself through the hallways. I ran into the bathroom and puked in the nearby stall, the tears flowing from my eyes. I had to call the parents that we're going to adopt the baby, I had to tell Chloe, Robin....Olivia... . I wiped the tears and tried to control my thoughts, but I only puked again. I weakly laid against the metal stall, wiping away the spit on my lip with paper towels. I was going to have a C-Section to remove the dead fetus somewhere along the week. They told us that we could take it home and bury it, or they would take it. I don't know what I want. "Mrs. (L/N)? Are you okay in there?" A nurse asked. I nodded slowly, "Y-Yes I'm fine." "Mr. Brody is going to come in and take you home, is that alright?" She asked. "Yes ma'am." I answered. Chase quickly came in and scooped me up, taking me out to his car. A dead fetus, I thought, then looking over at Chase, I caused this.
