It was a cold December in Brighton, everyone was wrapped in thick jackets and coffees or hot cocoa in their hands. I smiled gently and sighed happily, looking at my partner next to me. He smiled down at me, squeezing my hand tighter, "It's a lovely afternoon in Brighton, isn't?" I leaned against him. He chuckled and wrapped his arms around my body, resting his chin on my head then gently kissing my forehead. He suddenly stopped me, holding both of my hands as he stood in front of me, "How about we go on a date? Tonight!" I gave him a confused look, rubbing my thumb over his promise ring as I giggled at him, "What's the occasion?" "N-nothing!" He stuttered nervously. He then cleared his throat, "Can a couple not go on a regular date?" I gave him a small side glare, but brushed off his nervousness and giggled, "Whatever, you goon. Just give me time to get ready and junk." Chase pondered for a moment, running his hands over his scruff then clicking his tongue, "I'll pick you up at 8?" I gently kissed his nose and smiled brightly, "Sounds good, Darling." He playfully rolled his eyes and wrapped an arm over my shoulder as we continued to stroll down the pier, "That's such a girly nickname." "What?" I giggled, "Would you rather me call you 'Baby Girl'?" "No! That's even worse!"He groaned quietly. I poked his side, "What's wrong, Baby Girl?" "Stop it, (Y/N)." He smirked. "Is Baby Girl getting flustered?" "(Y/N). Seriously, stop." I winked at him, "And what is my Baby Girl going to do-" "I'll show you!" Suddenly, Chase was running after me, chuckling as I shrieked to get away from you. Adults looked at us in disgust as we flirted with each other, acting like children at such an age. Due to the fact that I was in my boots, it was hard for me to gain speed to run away from him, but I continued to go. Chase was huffing and puffing behind me, he wasn't a fast runner but he could go quite a ways before getting tired, unlike me. My throat was running dry, and my muscles were aching, I couldn't go much further. I began to slow down, slower, and slower. Then, Chase's sweaty body ran into mine as we collapsed onto the boardwalk, giggling at each other's defeat. He sweetly looked down at me, removing the hair from my face and gently placing a kiss onto my soft lips. I giggled gently and pushed him away, "Chase...you're kinda crushing me." "Oh!" He panicked, jumping to his feet. He reached out his hand, and I gladly took it. Chase lifted me from the ground and we still continued to laugh and giggle at each other. Suddenly, a plastic disk hit me in the head, bouncing off and hitting the wood with a gentle thud. I giggled and picked it up, then noticing the group of boys running towards us. Chase rested a hand where I was hit, "Are you alright?" I nodded softly. "I'm sorry about that miss." A young boy spoke, sweat dripping from his forehead, "Ryan over here doesn't know how to throw-" "Not true!" Another one yelled. Chase then took the Frisbee from my hands and smiled at the boys, "Well. How about I throw, and you guys catch? Then we can see who has the most skills." The boys looked at each other in glee, and nodded vigorously, running far away from Chase as he bent his arm back. I watched as the Frisbee glided through the air, the small boys in scrambles as they tried to catch it. I crossed my arms over my chest and smiled as Chase cheered the boys on. Eventually, one boy caught it. He raised his hands in victory and screamed in joy. Chase waved a final goodbye, wrapping an arm around my waist as we continued to walk. "Do you want another kid?" I bashfully mumbled. He looked at me for a split second, then quickly turning back to the front, his cheeks bright red, "W-Well...yeah. Another kid would be nice. Olivia's is almost 10, the apartment will be empty soon." He chuckled gently. I smiled softly and sighed, "How is she, anyways?" "She's doing great....she wants you to go to her birthday party tomorrow." He cracked a toothy smile and a small chuckle, "She probably wants to watch you fall." I rolled my eyes and gently punched his shoulder. "Ouch!" He whimpered, then rubbing his tense shoulder. Chase then looked down at his feet then back at me, "Why do you ask?" "Huh?" I asked quietly. "About the kid thing." He repeated, "Are you...are you p-pregnant?" "No!" I quickly replied, "I was just wondering." I giggled awkwardly. He chuckled and rested a hand on my belly, "Well, another baby -especially with you- would be wonderful." My face burned bright red as I looked down at his hand. He bashfully removed his hand and scratched the back of his neck, "S-Sorry..."

I scrambled around the house, flinging clothes about in panic, "Ughh! Where's that stupid dress?!" Max timidly peeked through the doorway with one hand wrapped around her waist, "Which one? The blue one?" I nodded vigorously, then pushing my hair back in frustration, "It was in here yesterday!" "Oh...well...Chloe took that one..." She mumbled quietly, "She went to the club with some of her dude friends..." I cocked my head to the side, "She didn't take you?" Max giggled uncomfortably, "I'm not really the drinking or party type." I nodded knowingly, and continued to look through my dressers. "Do you think you could grab my purse and earrings?" I asked sweetly. She nodded gently and left the bedroom again.

"Chase is here!" Max called from the apartment living room. I dashed out of my room, tumbling down the stairs. "(Y/N)!" Max giggled, "Are you okay!" I giggled and helped myself up, "I think I need to slow down a bit." Max fix my hair and helped me dust myself off. A gentle knock came from the front door, along with some singing. Max covered her mouth and giggled quietly. I rolled my eyes playfully, "He's such a dork." When I opened the door, Chase's jaw seemed to drop slightly as he looked at me, amazed. I blushed, and turned away from his dazzled look. "Sorry..." He muttered, looking me up and down, "You look...amazing..." "Thanks." I nervously giggled, my hands were shaking. So were his. Chase was dressed in a white dress shirt, with some simple dress shoes and pants. His brown hair was nicely combed, he looked dashing. He shook himself from his trance and held out a hand for me, "Shall we go?" I nodded softly and looked back at Max, giving her a small goodbye.

I placed the napkin in my lap, then smooth it over with my hands. Chase dreamily smiled at me, "How are you so beautiful?" I giggled, clearly flustered. My face burned as I looked into his sparkling, crystal blue eyes, "Why are you being so cute today? What makes today, out of everyday, so different?" He gulped a bit, then nervously shrugged. I cocked my head slightly to the side and held his hand from across the clothed table, "Hey...are you okay, Darling?" He smiled brightly, "Don't worry, Love. I'm great. I just have a lot to think about right now. But please, don't let it ruin our night." He gently kissed my hand and placed it back onto the table. A waitress came by and placed to glasses onto the table, filling them with red wine. Chase looked at the glass in disgust, wrinkling his nose as he chuckled, "I've never been much of a wine person. I'm more of a....beer or whiskey drinker." I snorted quietly, I'm dating a ruthless alcoholic. He took a tiny sip, then pulled the glass away, lips puckered, "How can you drink that stuff? It's horrible." "I guess it's more of a woman thing. I happen to love wine. And it makes me feel a bit more classy." I winked. Chase's eyes seemed to sparkle once more as he looked at me. We were definitely in love.
