Chapter 25

~MATT'S POV~

I wake up way too early as usual. Just for something as stupid as school too. What a waste of energy. I could be sleeping right now...

Then I remember it's the last day of school and jump out of bed really fast.

FINALLY! Summer!!! I can sleep in and hang out with my friends and do stupid stuff!!!!

I'm dancing around my room when I remember something...

This is my last day of school with March.

Ever.

We'll still see each other, just not in school, and it makes me upset when I think about it.

Who will I walk to and from school with?

Who will I walk with in the halls when my friends aren't around?

What will I do without March?

I honestly don't know how I'm going to survive without her.

I pull myself out of my thoughts finally and get ready for school. I shower and put on a tank top and khaki shorts. I blow dry my hair up to its usual style and pull on some vans.

I walk downstairs and grab something to eat really quick and grab my stuff and walk out the door.

Right on time too.

I walk out and see March just making her way to the end of my driveway. I meet her halfway and she has the biggest smile on her face.

When she reaches me she kisses me on the cheek and starts jumping up and down like a little kid. I chuckle and say, "what makes you so happy?"

"YES!!! MY MOM SAID YES!!!!" she shouts excitedly.

"Oh my god that's great!!!" I say. "We can figure out all the details tomorrow night maybe?"

"Yeah! I'm sooo excited!" she says.

I grab her hand and we start walking. "Me too babe" I say with a smile.

~MARCH'S POV~

All day at school matt and I have been pretty much inseparable. In the halls anyways... it sucks because we only have one class together, but it's better than nothing.

The day goes by so fast... before I know it, the final bell rings and matt and I start the walk home.

It's crazy that this'll be the last time we ever do this... I'm going to miss it so much.

I'm going to miss everything so much.

Tonight will probably be the last time I ever see some of my new friends I've made here at Ireton. Some guy from our school is throwing a party to start off summer. He's a grade ahead of us, but a lot of people in our grade are going to be there as well.

I'm so excited about this summer. I get to live with Matt and he said the guys are visiting sometime soon, so I'll get to meet all of them, too. And Anna is visiting hopefully. I swear, this summer is going to be the best summer ever!

I wish it could last forever... when it ends I'll have to leave everything else behind, and then I have no clue how I'm going to survive the rest of high school.

***Soo I'm currently laying in my bed on a ship unable to sleep and I have to get up early tomorrow because they only serve breakfast so late. Ugh lol. So I decided to write so I won't feel as bad for not updating all week.

Andddd yeah it's the fourth of July now omg! haha it literally just hit midnight. So yeah I can't publish this yet because no wifi still.

But when Sunday comes I'm gonna publish this and you'll read this and yeah... lol I'm so bored rn but I'm starting to get tired so maybe I can sleep soon...

Um I still can't see my notifs because I can't update without wifi sooo yeah. I JUST WANNA SEE MY NOTIFS!!!! lol idk I'm just excited to see new comments and votes and stuff like that because I love y'all and I know you people are soo nice!! all you voters and nice commenters and even you people that just read, I love you guise because every vote, every comment, every read counts! seriously it just means so much that you're actually reading MY story!!!
