Around 8:30 I start getting ready for the party. I start by taking a shower and then blow dry my hair. Then I brush it out and straighten it till there's no sign of waviness whatsoever. Then I go to my closet and grab the outfit I picked out earlier and take my warm towel off and slip it on.
The outfit is super cute. Well I think so anyway.. It's a tight black crop top type thing that has pink flowers on it and a white skirt to go with it. I put a small black bow in my hair and find my pink clutch purse.
Then I put on some eyeliner, mascara, and a little bit of powder foundation and then take my phone off the charger and see that I have a text from matt.
It reads:
Be over to pick you up in a few babe
Aww! 'babe.' He's so sweet..
I text back k:) see you soon. Then put my phone in my purse and slip on my black strappy heals.
I go downstairs and hear a knock on the door. I run over to it as fast as possible in heals and open it.
Matt sees me and smiles. "Hey" he says.
"Hi" I say as he grabs my hand and pulls me out the door and leads me to the car he drove. He opens the door for me and I thank him as I step in. He shuts it and goes around the front of the car and gets in on the drivers side.
Then he starts the car and starts the drive to the party. Once he backed out of my driveway, he takes his right hand off the wheel and grabs my left with it. We spend the rest of the ride to the party in silence, hand in hand.
