Chapter 40

I woke up to warm arms linked around my body and my back pressed into someone. I was squished onto a couch. I gently turned my head to find Tobias, his eyes shut and his chest rising and falling slowly. I gently turned around in his arms so I was facing him. He twitched and shifted. I kept my eyes on his face. His gentle lips. His strong jawline. I let my eyes travel, hungrily taking in his features. He was handsome. And he was mine. I was so lucky. His eyes began to flutter gently. He took and deep breath and his eyes cracked open. My head rested against his bicep. He let out a soft huff and his eyes locked onto mine. He brought his hand up and tucked a piece of hair behind my ear. "You're so beautiful," he murmured.

His voice was gruff with sleep. I gently leaned in, pressing my lips to his own. "Lips off! Get your asses up, it's present time!" Uriahs voice exclaimed.

I ignored him and pressed my lips to him again. I felt a hand grab my shirt and I was flung to the floor. "Uriah!" I shouted, furious.

"I said to get up," he said, laughs now filling the room.

"Don't Be an ass," I snapped, shoving him.

"Too busy making google eyes at four," he mocked with a playful smile.

I glared before running at him, taking him down in a heap. We wrestled on the floor, our limbs everyone, grabbing at each other. He pulled my hair a few times and I got a few good punches and slaps. Uriah flipped me and pinned me down so my stomach was against the floor. He pulled my arm back and I shouted. "Say mercy!" He screamed.

"ZEKEY HELP!" I screamed, pain ripping up my arm.

"Not this time sissy," Zeke said laughing his ass off.

"Say mercy!" Uriah screamed again.

"Uriah my arm!" I cried out, feigning agony.

"Wait- are you okay-"

I was able to break free and flip him around, this time I was pinning him down, twisting his arm. "That was cruel trissy," Zeke laughed.

"What was that you were saying about mercy?" I mocked.

I twisted it a little harder an she shrieked, "MERCY!"

I hopped up and Uriah climbed to his feet in annoyance. "Come on children, lets go," Zeke mocked, poking fun at our childishness.

"Presents!" Chrissy squealed with happiness as she hopped in wills lap.

I sat down in fours lap, despite the glares from zeke. Tobias's linked his hand under my chin and turned my head to his. "Merry Christmas baby," he said gently, his minty breath leaking on my face.

"Merry Christmas Tobias," I mumbled.

He pressed his lips to mine briefly and we returned to our presents. "Mar, you start!" Uriah said with excitement.

We were nearly all the way through presents. I had one more left from Tobias. Mar got me studded earrings. Chrissy got me a gorgeous red dress. Shauna got me a 100$ Starbucks gift card. Will got me some really nice Nike shorts and shirts. Eddie got me some sick football apparel from my favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys. Uriah got me new baseball cleats and bat. And Ezi got me a gold necklace to match his own. "Here love," he said, handing men a envelope.

His arms tightened around me and I gently opened it, pulling out its contents. Two plane tickets. To Maui. Together. This summer. "Oh baby, this is so amazing," I said, planting a kiss against his lips.

We parted after a minute and Tobias took my chin . "Is that a yes?" He mumbled.

I turned around on his lap so I was straddling his hips. I pressed my lips to him and kissed him passionately. I pulled back and gazed into his stormy eyes. "Is that enough of an answer," I answered with a small smile.

"Yuck, stop it!" Uriah shouted.

"I don't care that it's Christmas, I'll still kick your ass," zeke snapped.

I rolled my eyes. "Who's cooking?" Zeke asked.

"I mean, I can," I said standing.

"We don't want burnt food," Ezi teased.

"Oh shut up, I'm not that bad," i snapped.

"You're pretty bad," Uriah replied.

"Oh seriously- Chrissy, am I that bad?" I asked, hopeful.

She gave me a sheepish smile. She just shook her head slightly. "Oh whatever," I snapped.

"I can cook," Chrissy offered, Lynn, mar and Shauna also offering.

"Come on trissy. All girls in the kitchen. even if you can't cook," she said pulling me by the arm.

I shot a glare back at my brothers and she hauled me with her. I got into the kitchen with them and hopped onto the counter, sitting with my leg propped up. They all began making breakfasts and I got bored quick. "Can I at least help with something?" I asked.

"You can get the drinks," mar said.

I rolled my eyes and pulled out the lemonaide, making a bucket of it. Hands grabbed my sides an do released a screeched, falling back, taking the lemonade with me. I slammed hard against the ground, the lemonade exploding on the ground. I whipped my head around to see The guys, all laughing their asses off. "What the fuck!" I snapped in anger.

I stood up, slipping. I barely caught myself. I was completely soaked. All the girls were. "I'll murder you," I growled.

I took off, straight at Ezi. I slid against the ground, slamming into him hard. He easily caught me. I stepped back, pulling him into the massive puddle. We both fell to the ground. "GETTHE BOYS!" I shouted, wrestling with Ezi.

I was straddling Ezi, pinning down his arm. Chrissy's ran at will, tackling him. War broke out. Uri ran at me, tackling me off of Ezi. I screamed as we slid across the soaked floor. Shauna was attcking Ezi, and mar was now dragging uri off of me. Eddie and Jake were fighting now. Tobias was smirking at the mess. "Babe, join the fun," I smiled.

"Beatrice Natalie Pedrad don't you dare," he snapped.

I smiled before running at him. It was amazing but we never did get to eat our breakfasts.
