I straightened my wavy blonde hair and applied light makeup before walking to my closet. Today, four and I were going on a date to a fancy restaurant. It was Thursday, so tomorrow would be my first game back.  I sighed and pushed through my dresses before settling on a tight fitted long sleeve black dress that cut off mid thigh. I smiled and put on some ballerina flats before hopping down the stairs. I walked to the family room and was greeted by a ton of waves and smiles. Zeke had the football team over again. They always do this the day before and after our games. Since we always have a party the night of our game. "Damn girl where you going? On a date?" Jacob asked.

Zeke punched him in the stomach and he chuckled at Zekes anger. "Um-n-no," I said, my cheeks reddening.

A punch of boy whistled and Zeke glared in anger. "Tris, why don't you come hang out with us?" Zeke asked.

"I- uh- have to go somewhere with Chris. But where is my compliment," I asked crossing my arms and attempting to divert his attention.

"You look beautiful Beatrice," Zeke said softly.

"She's totally got a date," Eddie said.

"With who tris?" Zeke asked, his face annoyed.

"I - I don't have a date!" I stammered my cheeks reddening.

"Go have fun, hot stuff," Jordon shouted with a laugh.

"Stop," Zeke growled at him.

"Sorry," they all said.

I smiled and kissed Zekes cheek and then Uriahs before waving goodbye and. Rushing out of the house, to where four waited.

His face brightened when he saw me and his outstretched a bouquet of flowers he held. "Oh my gosh, Tobias you didn't have to do this," I said putting a hand on his chest.

He looked amazing, his deep stormy eyes popped with his black tux. Every time I set eyes on him he made me feel a way I never have felt.

"I wanted to," he said, landing a kiss on my soft lips.

We pulled apart and I put my hand against his cheek softly. "Thanks Tobias," I said pressing my own kiss to his lips.

He smiled and opened the car door for me and I climbed into his car. He climbed into the other side and the drive went by fast. We pulled up to Paisons and we climbed out of the car. He grabbed my hand in his and started walking with me. Tonight was going to be amazing,

We laughed as he walked me to my
door. "I had a great time," I said with a smile, turning to face him.

"Me too," he agreed smiling.

I clenched the bouquet in my hand and he leaned in, pecking my lips before saying goodbye. I turned around and walked inside, a smile across my face. I shut the door behind me and leaned against it, smiling. Oh my god! I thought before releasing a laugh. "Tris?" I heard a voice call out.

"I'm here," I said before walking into the kitchen, where Uriah and Zeke stood, making dinner.

"Woah, where'd you get the flowers?" Uriah asked, winking.

"Oh- uh, it's nothing," I said shrugging and pulling out a vase from the cabinet.

"Had to of gotten the flowers from somewhere," Zeke said watching me suspiciously.

"It doesn't matter," I said shrugging.

"Beatrice Natalie Pedrad, where were you?" Zeke said turning around.

"I was just out with a guy, okay!" I said, crossing my arms.

Zeke frowned, with an obvious disapproving look. I bit my lip. "What's his name?" Zeke asked.

"It's no one, really," I said attempting to pass him.

His grabbed my shoulders gently to stop me. His eyes looked into mine, searching them for any hints. I tried to slip from his grip but Uriah was behind me, smirking. "Tris, just tell me who you're dating, I will try not to be mad," Zeke said, obviously annoyed.

"I'm not dating anyone," I said.

In a blink of an eye, I shot underneath his arm and raced to the stairs. "That's why she's our starting receiver," Uriah said laughing.

"Beatrice Natalie!" Zeke shouted, obviously annoyed.

I raced up the two flights of stairs and reached my room, flopping onto the bed. After a few minute of laying on my bed, I walked over to my closet and grabbed my cheer uniform. Since I was on both the cheer and football team, I had to represent both. So I was going to wear my cheer uniform, but also where the black football jacket we all had to wear. Because I'm a petite girl, even the smallest size is much too big for me. I was also going to wear eyeblack because the rest of the football team was. I smiled and peeled off my dirty clothes and threw on my nightgown before diving into my bed and clicking on my TV before passing out soon after.

I yawned and turned over in my bed, shoving my face into my pillow to shield my face from the light cracking through my widow. My alarm blared in my ear and I groaned. "Shut up!" I yelled teaching my hand out and hitting in clumsily.

My mind was still groggy. I sat up and climbed to my feet, stepping onto my soft light grey rug before grabbing my cheer uniform. It was a basic crop top and a cheer skirt. I slid on my jacket and walked to my makeup stand and applied mascara and then the eye black. I smiled and grabbed my backpack, slinging it over my shoulder.

I walked into the kitchen and was greeted by Zeke and Uriah, stuffing their faces with bacons and french toast. I smiled and walked to Zeke, reaching over his shoulder and grabbing a piece of bacon. I kissed his and Uriahs cheek before shoving it in my mouth. "Tris, that skirt is way too short!" Zeke snapped.

"It's my cheer uniform, I have to wear it," I said with a full mouth, rolling my eyes.

"Fine but if any boys hit on you, I'll kick their ass," Zeke said.

"Agreed," Uriah said smirking.

"Shut up," I said before grabbing my car keys off the table and glancing backs

"Are you guys coming or what?" I asked smirking.

"Uriah can go with you. I'm going to pick up Four," Zeke said.

Me and Uriah ran out to the car and hopped in. "Tris you seriously haven't told Zeke yet?" Uriahs snapped at me.

"I will tonight! I promise. I will at the party," I said, pulling away from the house.

"Fine, but you know how Zeke is. He'll be pretty upset," Uriah said sighing.

"I know, he's so overprotective. He's never let me date before. I love him to death but it's too much sometimes," I said.

"It's because when dad died, he felt obligated to protect you because your his baby sister. It's his job to take care of you and love you more then anyone else. I've felt the same way with you," Uriah said.

I set my free hand on his, rubbing the back of his hand. "I'm so happy I have you guys," I said softly.

"Oh believe me, you're the most important thing in our lives," Uriah said.

Hey look, I finished a chapter in a reasonable time period!!!!
