🏃Clark's POV🏃
I stood on an escalator and let the machine carry me and a number of other people up from the Train platform to the ground level.
I pulled out my phone and tapped on Liam's contact. My smartphone called him and I held it up to my ear as I waited for him to answer.
I was now walking through the groups of people and making my way towards the exit of the station when the ringing finally stopped.
"Hey, babe, where are you?" Liam asked warmly. I could hear his smile through the phone and it made my heart thump to know that it was all directed towards me.
"I'm just leaving the train station, it should only take me, what, ten minutes to get to the roller skating rink so I'll be there soon. And hey to you too." I told him, adding the hey as an afterthought. Liam chuckled and I smiled at the sound.
I made it out of the train station and started walking up to the roller skating rink.
"I'm glad that you actually remembered to say hi this time. Last time we talked you just said 'Liam' and thought that that was enough." Liam joked with a laugh. I guffawed and that seemed to make him laugh even harder.
"Oh, come one, Liam. That is a lie!" I complained as I crossed the street. "I almost never forget!"
Liam went "ah ha!" and I realized my mistake.
"Almost? Damn Clark." Liam teased me and I found myself huffing.
"Shut up." I mumbled into the phone. I could see the roller rink coming into view and Liam standing with his phone pressed against his ear in front of it.
"Why? Are you blushing too hard Clark?" Liam asked me innocently, causing my cheeks to start heating up.
"No, I wasn't blushing until you said that!" I argued. Liam laughed again and I fought a smile. "Shut up."
"No, or better yet make me."
I quieted my steps when I got close behind him.
"Fine." I agreed, saying the words as quietly as possible.
Liam seemed to hear me and started to turn around but before he could react on his own I grabbed his shoulders, fully turning him around and planting a kiss on his lips.
Liam let out a startled noise before relaxing into the kiss. It was supposed to be sweet and innocent but the kiss lingered, then started to heat up.
I tilted my head at an angle and opened my mouth, Liam took the invitation and slipped his wet tongue into my mouth. Our tongues fought against one another before I finally relented and let him take control, he ran the muscle along the roof of my mouth and my body shivered because of the sensation.
I started to kiss him with even more energy and he returned with even more of his own, I ran my fingers into the back of his and his hands that were rested on my hips gripped tighter.
Liam was about to put his hands up my shirt when I finally stopped him. I pulled away and we were both breathing hard.
"Sorry, that wasn't how I planned it to go." I told Liam apologetically. Liam and I had been dating for almost a month and we rarely did anything sexual. We kissed, yes, and even occasionally made out, but this had to be the most heated make-out session we had ever had. And it was in public.
Liam shook his head and just smiled softly.
"Don't worry about it, I definitely don't mind." He assured me, reaching out to take my right hand. "Let's go inside, I actually do want to go roller skating with you if you don't mind."
