When Brittany finally awoke from passing out,she found she was completely alone. Just then Mr. Dursley burst in, face purple as a plum, screaming at Harry about being locked in his cupboard for a month. That night Brittany woke up and went into the kitchen. She picked an apple, a carrot, and some cold chicken from the fridge. She tip toed over to Harry's cupboard under the stairs and picked the lock. When she opened it up she gave Harry the food.
"Hi Harry."
Brittany sat down on his bed. She was significantly smaller than Harry, and he was the scrawniest boy in his school. Harry hugged Brittany tightly.
"Oh Brit, when will this ever stop?"
Harry asked.
Brittany thought for a moment.
"In about one week."
She answered. That was the thing about Brittany. When she predicted something, it was most likely to come true. Harry smiled and promised her things would get better. Even though Harry was only older than her by one month, he always treated her like she was two years younger. With her size, it looked like she could very well be. Brittany closed the cupboard door and locked it, and tip toed back to the couch.
