Halstead arrives at the rear of the United Center.
Hank sees him and walks over, "Hailey said you and Shaylynn came here last night. That you left and she stayed behind" Hank says as they walk to the loading dock entrance.
"Yeah, we came to see Sia.  Afterward, we went backstage. Shaylynn wanted to stay to catch up with Sia and her friend Erica who sings background" Halstead tells him as they walk into the loading dock area.
That's when Halstead sees five guys laying on the ground with gunshot wounds to their heads.
Halstead also sees Sam and Emily, "The FBI are here?" he asks Hank.
"Yeah, so don't say anything about Shaylynn being here, okay! I've told Hailey to stay quiet!" Hank tells him.
"Wait! Shaylynn's not here?" he asks Hank.
"No! Neither is Sia and this Erica you mentioned" Hank tells him.
"Why do you want us to stay quiet about Shaylynn?" Halstead asks.
"This looks like a professional job," Hank tells Halstead as Sam and Emily walk over to them.
"Where's Shaylynn?" Sam asks, "Isn't she working in Intelligence now?"
"Yeah, but she wasn't feeling well. Morning sickness is hitting her hard" Halstead tells Sam.
It's really not a lie, morning sickness is hitting her hard.
They all start walking over to the bodies, "Are you okay?" Emily asks Halstead.
"I'm fine! Why are you asking?" he asks her.
"You're acting like you're hiding something!" Emily tells him.
"I'm not hiding anything! It's early in the morning and I'm tired" Halstead tells her.
Emily shoots him a glare but doesn't press the matter anymore.

After Hank is done talking to the FBI, the Intelligence Unit starts leaving. Hank, Halstead, and Upton walk away to their vehicles that are parked beside each other.
"Meet me at Millennium Park," he tells Halstead and Upton.

~~~~~~
Meeting up, Halstead is the last to show up.
"Why are we meeting here?" Halstead asks.
"To talk about Shaylynn," Hank tells him.
"What about her?" Halstead asks.
"About this case," Hank says.
"I don't know what there's to talk about," Halstead tells him.
"Here's what I know. Shaylynn's a suspect in an FBI investigation for the murders of those five men," Hank says, "They found her purse in a room."
 "She didn't kill anybody," Halstead says
"Yes, I do. She's my wife! I know her!" Halstead tells her.
"Something has happened where she can't contact me," Halstead says when his phone lets out an alert
"Something has happened where she can't contact me," Halstead says when his phone lets out an alert.
He takes out his phone, unlocks it to see what the alert is about. Nothing but email.
Upton looks over and sees Halstead's home screen.
She smiles and looks at Hank.
"Let's get back to the District," Hank says.
They start walking away.
With Upton walking ahead of them Hank makes Halstead slow down.
"If you hear from Shaylynn, let me know!" Hank tells him.
Halstead nods.
~~~~~~~

It's been a couple of hours since they've been back at the district.
Halstead's phone vibrates on his desk, he looks down and sees it's a phone number he doesn't recognize.
He picks it up and answers it.
"Detective Halstead," he says.
"Jay!" Shaylynn says sounding as though she's out of breath.
Halstead hurries and stands up from his desk taking off toward the locker room.
"Shaylynn, where are you?" he asks her.
"We're in Ohio," she tells him.
"We?" he questions.
"I'm with Sia and Erica," she tells him.
"Shaylynn, the FBI is looking for you! They think you killed those five guys!" Halstead tells her.
"I didn't kill anyone! Especially those five guys! Those guys were Sia's security detail! They were holding off whoever was shooting at us so I could get Sia and Erica out of there!" Shaylynn tells him pissed off.
"Why didn't you call sooner? And what number are you calling from?" Halstead asks her.
"My phone is in my purse. Sia and Erica don't have their phones either. I was finally able to get far enough in front of these guys who are following us to pull over into a truck stop. I hurried inside and told the first trucker I came to what was going on, he's letting me use his phone. It just so happens he's part of a convoy. He and his trucker friends surrounded the SUV to hide it. They're also on their way to Illinois. One of the truckers has room inside his trailer and is going to put the SUV inside so we can catch a ride with them. We'll be traveling on Interstate 90. When 90 runs into Interstate 94 they're going to pull over and let us off. Then I'll travel up 90 back to Chicago" Shaylynn tells him, "Jay, the guys who were shooting and following us knew my name! They said it before I got in the SUV."
There's silence.
"Jay?" Shaylynn says.
"I'm here!" he tells her "Are you alright?"
"I'm fine!" she tells him.
"Are you sure you're fine?" he asks worriedly.
"Yes, I'm fine! My adrenaline has been so high I haven't felt sick" she tells him.
"These guys who do you think they are?" Halstead asks her.
"They had the same accent as the guys in Hawaii," she tells him.
"Alright. Please stay safe!" he tells her, "Let me talk to the trucker," he says, "I love you!"
"I love you, too!" Shaylynn tells him then hands the phone over.
The trucker starts talking to Halstead. Shaylynn sees the trucker look down then back up at her.
She figures Halstead just told him that she's pregnant.
Shaylynn then hears the trucker tell Halstead that one of the truckers has ramps and that's how the SUV is going to get up in the trailer.
After a couple more minutes the trucker hangs up and puts his phone back into his pocket.
"Your husband is very worried about you!" the trucker tells Shaylynn, "And he likely should be!" he tells her. "Patty, get her something to eat! She's eating for three!" he yells at the woman behind the counter.
Shaylynn's eyes get huge as Sia and Erica who are sitting in a booth turn around and look at her.
"You're pregnant?" Erica asks her.
"Yes!" Shaylynn tells her.
"Why didn't you tell us?" Sia asks.
"I had other things to worry about like keeping you two safe!" Shaylynn tells her.
After everyone is done eating, the truckers along with the ladies all load up and get on their way.

~~~~~~
Four hours later, Shaylynn along with Sia and Erica are pulling up in front of District 21.
Shaylynn sees Halstead along with Hank, Sam, Emily, and some guy she thinks she's seen before, standing outside.
"Looks like the welcome crew is here to greet us!" Erica says.
"The guy that's standing with my husband and Dad, I've seen him somewhere, " Shaylynn says.
"That's my new manager," Sia tells her before they get out.
Shaylynn opens the driver's door and gets out.
Halstead rushes over to Shaylynn and takes her into his arms, "Don't scare me like that ever again!" he says into her ear.
"Why are Sam and Emily here?" she asks him worried.
Halstead backs up from her, "I told them what you told me!" he tells her.
Shaylynn looks at him funny, "How did you guys know when we would be pulling up?"
"Street cameras," he tells her.
Emily and Sam walk over to where Shaylynn and Halstead are standing.
Sam walks up to her sister and hugs her, "I'm so happy you're alright!" she tells her, "Especially with you being pregnant! Don't ever do that again!" Sam says stepping back and looking at Shaylynn.
Shaylynn looks at Emily, "You had everyone worried!" she tells Shaylynn.
"I'm sorry I had everyone worried but my instincts kicked in!" Shaylynn tells the three looking over at Sia's new manager.
"What is it?" Halstead asks her seeing the look on her face.
"Sia's manager, I swear he was out in the loading dock area when everything went down," Shaylynn tells him, "Why would those guys let him live and get away?"
