Jeremiah POV
"She has a nice house."Jordan blurted as we got out of the car. I let her drive to the ice cream shop and to Haley's house.
I opened the front door with the key Haley's mom gave me for emergencies.
"Haley!"I called. She came down the stairs and embraced me in a kiss and hug. Once she got down, i introduced my two favorite ladies to each other.
"Jordan, this is Haley. Haley, this is Jordan."I told them. They gave each other a smile and shook hands.
"Now that y'all are acquainted, where do you think you're going?"I asked Haley.
Jordan POV
"Where do you think you're going?"Miah asked Haley.
"Out with the girls. Come upstairs for a minute."She took him to her room, I'm guessing. I looked down at the jangling car keys in my hand and started spinning them on my finger.
"Why you got her all up in through my house Jeremiah?"I overheard her ask.
"She's not all up in through your house. The fuck you talkin' 'bout."Miah retorted.
"We could've met on the porch. And is that your keys in her hand? You let her drive your car?!"
"Yeah!"He sighed.
I decided to sit down on the couch just incase this would take some time.
"This could take a while."I mumbled to myself and pulled out my Android. I unlocked it and ran through my Instagram real quick. Since I tagged myself under a post I made on Miah's Instagram, I had gained thirty new followers.
"What? And you don't even let me hold the keys."Haley ranted, obviously annoyed.
"That's because you're forgetful plus you don't have a license yet."He shot back. There was a few seconds of silence. I looked towards the window to see a car pulling up.
"Let's go, Jordan."He shook his head and snatched the keys from me.
"I take it that you're not okay."I got in the passenger seat.
"I'm coo', she just be trippin' sometimes."He replied. I decided against saying something else.
"You still wanna go to the water park?"
"Yeah."
I could tell he was a bit annoyed by his girlfriend but I wasn't going to let his mood change ruin my day. I could turn that frown upside down quickly.
"Titties!"Miah screamed in a jokingly manner when he saw me changing in the backseat. He tried to reach back and pinch them like we used to do when we were little but I covered myself up.
"Don't be lookin' at me boy!"I giggled.
"That booty!"
"You're still the same childish kid I remember."I smiled.
"How come you're so laid back when you drive?"I asked. His seat was declined and he only had one hand on the wheel.
"I been doing this since I was twelve."He told me.
"I been doing this since I was twelve."I mimicked him. We got out of the car and he held my hand so I wouldn't trail off somewhere.
"You didn't tell me you was comin' to the water park with her."Haley popped up, literally scaring the shit out of me. I wasn't expecting her to be here. And this water park is huge so I didn't expect to run into anyone special either.
