Karin called her band mates to go to the west wing part of the estate which is her place. She'd heard about Itachi's suggestion in putting his cousin in her place as their band's temporary singer while she's on vacation. Which Sasuke, strongly opposed.

Since Sasuke learned that his big brother's fiancè is her long lost cousin, the raven haired guy has been unsettled. It's obvious that Sasuke doesn't want to get closer to the blonde yet one moment he's longing to see him.

She knew why her friend didn't agree to such suggestion let alone think about it as an option. However, she felt that it would help the band and his relationship with the blonde. She thought it's about time to set the record straight.

Shikamaru, Kiba and Sasuke arrived at her place. A maid led them to the entertainment room where Karin and Suigetsu were waiting.

To be honest, she isn't sure if this is a good idea but it wouldn't hurt if she tried. She wants to convince Sasuke that what his brother's suggestion is perfect. Well, that's what she thought and hoped for until...

"Great!, You're just in time" Karin said.

" So why you'd call us? " Shikamaru asked.

" Because of this. . ." she replied. Pushing the button of the remote. The Smart TV display immediately showed the face of the blonde they used to know. ( He still got his red hair here😉) He wears a headphone, standing  in front of a microphone. You could say that he is at the recording studio.

" Where d'you get that?" Kiba asked which immediately hushed by Shikamaru.

Before the music plays, Naruto showed his signature smile that captivates every one of them specially the raven haired guy whose eyes were glued in the TV screen. He unconsciouly smiled, a small smile that he used to give to the person on the screen. Only to him.

" We're on Fishcake! in three, two, one... " someone said from the background which they assumed to be Deidara.

Naruto started singing, eyes closed at first. Sasuke's heart skipped a beat while intently looking at the screen. His ears focused on the voice released by the sound system.

As Naruto sings, his hands dances to the tune of the lovely song. A gesture that most singers do while singing this type of genre. But somehow, Sasuke thinks it was different as every word his dobe sings stings his heart.

The rest of the people in the room is as focused as Sasuke. They never would've thought that Naruto can do a female's voice let alone nailed it. They can't helped but be captivated and interpret what's the song meant.
