Twenty Seven - Don't do that again

Naruto reached the Uchiha Corporation. The building is very modern and high class. It has thirty floors with the last five floors occupied by the executives of the company including Itachi.

It was his first time coming to the Uchiha's Corporate building. When he stepped inside, his brow quirked as he saw most people wears black suit which he assumed works for the company.

Unlike their company which the ambiance is more friendly, the Uchiha's has an intimidating ambiance. He guessed it's because of the family or clan strict nature.

He approached the person in charge of the concierge and told the lady that he is visiting Itachi. Said lady then looked at him from head to toe. He's wearing a yellow-orange shirt whose sleeves were rolled up to his elbow. Up to three bottons were unbottoned revealing his smooth caramel like skin. It is paired with a dark blue jeans and boots. His hair is down and well combed.

She asked Naruto if he has an appointment however Naruto just scratched his cheek and smiled when he replied - shaking his head indicating that there wasn't any. She rolled her eyes and said, " If you don't have any appointment then you can't go."

"I'm sorry Miss but I need to see him. This is something important." he politely replied.

The lady just sighed and irritatedly said, " I'll ring his secretary, what's your name?".

Naruto pressed his lips together. He remembered that the visit is a surprise. It will be useless to surprise his fiancè if Itachi's secretary would mentioned to his boss that he is looking for him. He thought of using a different name however the lady snapped him out of his thoughts when she said, " You know what, you should leave or I'll call a security to get you out of the building."

Naruto was shocked. He clearly didn't like the rudeness of the lady in front of him. He was about to say something when a voice speak for him.

" If I were you, I'd be careful talking to him like that. He could fire you if he wants to." the voice warned the girl which the other's brow furrowed in annoyance and replied, " Oh, really?".

Naruto looked where the voice came from and found Ino behind him. She responded, " Trust me, you wouldn't want to mess with a sadistic Kyuubi or a feisty Deidara for being hostile towards their youngest brother and heir to the Uzumaki-Namikaze Corporation. Not to mention a pissed off Itachi because you held his fiancè down here instead of leading the way ".

Her proud face was contorted and paled when she heard the word "heir". It is well known that they are the business partner of her boss. She has also heard about the rumors that the new CEO is engaged to the youngest son of the Uzumaki-Namikaze's.

" Nevermind, since this will be your last day." Ino said. She pulled Naruto by the hand and went directly to the elevator. When the door opened, they stepped in, pressed twenty six and twenty seven floors. She smiled at Naruto and said, " Itachi's at the twenty seventh."

" Thanks!. And thanks for earlier although I don't think it was necessary. She seemed scared." Naruto said concerned.

Ino stared at him. "He hasn't changed," she thought. He still cares for people eventhough he isn't treated well. She smiled at him and responded, " I admit , I gave her a little scare. I don't like how she looked at you. Besides, she should be more friendly since she deals with different people everyday. That's part of her job."

Naruto smiled at her. " I think you did scare her. Especially when you said it's her last day."

"Serves her right." Ino stated. She then asked what he was doing at the Uchiha's building and why he didn't just call Itachi to get pass the guards.
