Eleven - Bonding Time

Laughters filled the dining room as the family's youngest heirs talk about their life and adventures. They found out the main reason how they got to know each other. Which was through their uncle - Nagato. It turned out that he met Deidara at one of the place they've performed when he was working as a waiter.

He admitted that it was hard for him to determine the blonde's sexuality at first glance because of how he moves and talks. He only confirmed his gender when he bumped in to him inside the  loo. He was a little startled and looked at Deidara from head to foot. Then the blonde said, " What, you didn't think I'm a dude, do you?".

" Ah, I remember that!, you should've seen the look on his face. It was priceless." Deidara said laughing. And everyone joined in while Nagato just shake his head of in disbelief.

" But uncle you do look like a girl than a boy. Specially with that long hair and feminine body of yours." Everyone aside from Deidara who winked at his nephew was shocked with comment little one said. Earning a scold from his Chichi for joining in the adults conversation. Naruto apologized for his child's behaviour.

" It's alright! He has a point." Minato said.

" For an Uchiha, you seemed to be talkative... I like that." Jiraiya commented and ruffled the tyke's hair which the child giggled.

" I bet Deidara is to blame, although... Naruto is as loud as him," Nagato said. Making Deidara raised his brow and Naruto pout.

" His character is from Naruto and his looks from Itachi," Konan coed.

" Although ...  most of the time, he took after Itachi." Yahiko commented.

" Yeah, talking about the "hn" and "tch" expression he inherited from him and he even has his own Uchiha glare," Sasori added which the child just "hn" and smirked.

" Oh!, and that smirk, too." Kyuubi said chuckling. Agrreing to his beloved. And everyone laughed looking at the child.

" Speaking of Uchiha. Are you and Itachi..." Kushina started trailing her sentence. Suddenly unsure of what to ask.

" We are engaged, Mom," Naruto answered knowing what his mom trying to say.

" You're what?! , When?" Everyone asked surprised and shocked.

" A few days before our flight, he gave me this and proposed to me," Naruto said while holding the Uchiha pendant of his necklace. It's the first time his brothers, and friends heard of it but they are all nonetheless happy.

Minato smiled with a warming heart knowing that the pendant symbolizes the pride of the Uchihas. Kushina smiled with teary eyed. She knows how important the necklace is. Mikoto showed two pairs of the same necklace to her before she gave it to his sons saying that it represents their clan's love and fidelity.

It took long but they finished their dinner and head to the living room to continue chatting.

" I'd like us to have a party .. an engagement party that is," Kushina announced clapping.

" Mom, we actually haven't talked about that yet. He wants us to meet his family first after this." Naruto explained not really wanting a party to be held.

" How about a welcome back party for both of you instead? It'll be fun."Kushina said excitedly. " And for our grandson." Minato added.

"Uhmm..," Naruto was loosing excuses. His face getting pale now.  He really appreciate his parents wanting to celebrate their return however just thinking about having to deal with people outside of his family and close friends causes him to panic let alone introducing his son to such a chaotic world.
