Twenty two - Rehearsal

After so much convincing from his friends, Sasuke finally agreed to his brother's suggestion which is for Naruto to join and to sing  with them for the event that they'll be performing.

They only have atleast a week to rehearse and polish their songs. On their first day, only Shikamaru, Kiba and Suigetsu were present. Sasuke said he has a meeting and it can't be canceled. So he asked his friends to practice with Naruto. Since Sasuke isn't present they all decided to practice at the Uzumaki's.

Karin asked his uncle Nagato for them to use his music room for their rehearsal which he agreed. Deidara had told him that he wanted to watch the Hebi's practice through the large tv at their living room. Nagato hesitated at first because he wanted to give them their privacy however he gave in after all Deidara wouldn't stop bugging him.

At the music room. Karin joined them just to watch and help Naruto if he needed. Naruto was given a copy of songs and music sheets. He read through it and ask them if they have a soft copy that he can listen to which he was given by Suigetsu.

He asked them if he had to sing on his own or mimick's Karin voice. They all looked at each other finding it interesting to hear Naruto copy Karin's voice and so they asked him to sing just like her. Naruto asked for thirty minutes to go over with one song as to check how his cousin sang the song.

He was given the list of the songs they'll perform and was surprise to see that most of those songs were familiar to him. He need not to memorize the song because he knows it by heart. After all, he's the song writer and composer of their songs. A secret that only Deidara and Izumi knows.

It all started when Izumi asked him to write a song for someone special to her and Shisui. He didn't hesitate to do it. When he learned that his song was given to a promising band (which was the Hebi) and got his song popular, he continue to write songs for them.

The thing is, he only got to write a song after he's had an episode. Meaning after he'll have panic attacks. For some reason, his brain would want him to write and compose a song base on how he felt or what scene his brain showed him during his attacks.

He also write songs for Akatsuki but not as much as he did with Hebi. Most songs they have with their own band is livelier, intense and rarely that they'll add a love song. Yahiko and Konan are the ones that usually compose songs for them.

Meanwhile, Sasuke was at the west wing part of the estate. Where he is watching how his band practice with Naruto at Karin's entertainment room. He asked Karin to do this favor for him without his band mates knowing. He gave no excuse and Karin just let him without asking questions.

One thing she is sure about is that her friend is still unable to mingle with his cousin despite agreeing for Naruto to sing with their band. To which she find it awkward or rather rude. After all, Naruto is doing them a huge favor.

After thirty minutes, Naruto is now ready to sing. Shikamaru being the lazy ass he is, asked Naruto to sing and play the music with the keyboard alone which Naruto agreed.

And so he started singing the way Karin did...
