The dead flower pulled him even more back into reality.

What was he thinking?

Hadn't he been told already that he had to keep a lid on his emotions or at least control them more?

He could have hurt someone or even Madam Rucia.

His shoulders slumped a little as he said quietly "I'm sorry, I forget sometimes"

She gave him a light smile "It's okay, someone has to keep you in check now and again"

Stiles chuckled a little at that.

Her expression and tone became more serious again as she spoke, crossing her arms.

"Now Mieczyslaw, you understand you weren't thinking rationally when you talked to the council. I think it's best for everyone if we have a good relationship with them"

He scowled "How did you know I saw the Council?"

"Well from your behaviour I thought some werewolves where involved. You only get this angry when those mutts are about and the only pack I can see you having likely contact with, well... you can see how I reached my conclusion"

Stiles gritted his teeth, struggling to keep his voice at a normal human level as he growled "They just walked into my realm without even telling me! Who do they think they are?!"

"I admit that they didn't go about this the right way but surely retaining a good relationship with them is more important. They'll be nothing stopping them from breaking the treaty, if they try and create trouble with this realm, that would have ripple effects into the human realm, you know it too"

If it wasn't just for one person Stiles was tempted to say, what did he care about the human realm? But...he couldn't...

His father...

He didn't say anything for a while, unfortunatly he knew that Madam Rucia spoke the truth, acknowledging that was harder than it should have been though.

Why did it have to be dam wolves?

Why did those red eyes remind him so much of him?

Why did the other werewolves nature's remind him so much of them.

Why couldn't he separate the two?

Why couldn't he control this rage?

"I know why you're having difficulties with this but you must remember, not all wolves are the same" Madam Rucia said calmly.

Stiles snorted as he said "I thought all sorcerous hates wolves?"

"It's true that we do not see them as equals, their blood is poison to us as well as their bite but I doubt any sorcerer has as much hatred as you do"

He didn't give a reply. She was right of course. He knew it was better if they'd at least been civil.

But whenever he thought of wolves or saw them, they would just flash before his eyes.

Would they ever stop haunting him?

Maybe...

Maybe their ghosts would only stop bothering him once he'd met them again, when they where sniffling at his feet, make them feel how he felt and begging for forgiveness and then...

The dead wolf pack flashed before his eyes.

And then they'd meet the fate they deserved.

He didn't speak for a couple of minutes, letting the room fill with silence. His dark thoughts swirling in his mind.

Revenge really was sweet to think about and lessoned the rage even more that had been wailing inside of him.

He let out a sigh, breathing in deeply, there was nothing in his expression that told Madam Rucia what he'd just been thinking and what had calmed him down... "I suppose you're right"

(Little rant about what's going on in my life, feel free to skip it though last mini paragraph is about this story) So my Holiday is over and life got in the way again, trying to figure out what I want to do with the rest of my life sucks, so I either want to be a photographer, drone operator, screen writer, animater, something to do with traveling or something to do with Charity or something in the TV or Film industry and I have no clue which one I want to go for or focus on and my parents want to make up my mind soon so I'm stressing, screaming internally.

So sorry about the delays however good news is I don't have any work experience or holidays planed any time soon so the chapters should hopefully be coming out consistently.
