Calypso and Helena were both worried, the day of the banquet had arrived and Kian had yet to tell them his plan to kill the Grand Master. They were sure that trying to kill the head of the sorcerous was not the way forward but how on earth could they convince Kian of that?To be honest? They couldn't. Their only plan to disrupt Kians plans in someway, however for some reason Kian hadn't let slip what his big idea was. Calypso was even a little interested as who could come up with something that would essentially kill one of the strongest beings in this world? Kian it seemed.
Both Calypso and Helena were heading to the early council meeting when they almost bumped into Tony.
Calypso frowned, wondering why he was walking away from the council room "Are we too early? Is the meeting not for a while yet"
Tony at first seemed confused, then a sudden realisation crossed his face and he suddenly looked very nervous.
"Oh.."
"Oh, what?" Helena asked.
"I-I don't think you should go in, they're all quite busy-"
"Tony, what are you talking about?" Calypso demanded, glaring at him.
From Calypso's glare Tony winced and looked down at the ground and muttered something.
"What? Speak up" She huffed.
"The-the meetings already done. I- I think Kian didn't want you two involved as you disagreed with his plan"
"He did the council meeting without us?" Helena asked, shocked.
"Yes, w-we've just concluded it now" Tony said.
Calypdo crossed her arms, narrowing her eyes at him "What did he say? How will he try and kill the Grand Master?"
"I-I can't say, I'm sorry" Tony said warily as the two women glared at him.
Calypso gaze became even more firm and serious, she stepped into his personal space, Tony had to surpress the urge to run away but he knew and felt like this was something he had to hear "Hell you can't! You know this is wrong too right? Sure he is incredibly powerful but he shouldn't be killed just for that, he's done nothing wrong! We've kept this agreement with the sorcerous realms leader throughout ancient times, something that the councils founders agreed on, you think that it's completely fine to break it?! That its the right thing to do?"
Everything she said did make complete sense to Tony and yet...
"I...I'm sorry but Kian ordered me to not to tell anyone of what we discussed, I have to obey him, you know this!"
Calypso noticed how desperate his voice was becoming as she put him under more pressure, also seeing how upset he looked, she knew he would have already broken and told them if it wasn't an alpha order, so she let out a long suffering sigh and stepped backwards.
"Fine, we'll figure out another way to find out, get back to what you were doing"
"But Calypso-" Helena cried out.
"You know none of us can disobey an alpha's order, theres no point, let's go" Calypso sighed, her shoulders slumping.
She was sure they could stop Kians plan if they found out what it was but it seemed they were in the dark, was it all lost?
