The Grand Master arrived on time. Tony waited for them at the entrance, Kians plan running through his mind.

Calypso's words also haunting him, of course he knew this was wrong. Tony completely understood his alpha's reasons of wanting to take down the powerful threat, yet he knew it was not right to want to kill a being just because they were powerful, besides this pact between them and the Grand Master had been in place for ages, it had benefited both of them, why break it now?

But he couldn't go up against his alpha. He just couldn't!

The Grand Master finally appeared before him, his...servant? Assistant? He wasn't sure who she was to the Grand Master but the young women who had been with him before was once again with him, giving him a suspicious look.

"Please, come this way, the alpha and the rest of the council are waiting in the hall" He said, trying to hide his nerves, not really succeeding.

The Grand Master and the woman made no move to talk to him as they followed him into the building and down the corridors, despite the silence, it was chaos inside Tony's head. Should he do this? Could he do this?

The same thoughts swirling round and round his head. Caplyso's voice in his head constantly.

"Are you okay?"

The women was frowning at him, he knew he must not have been able to hide the conflict in his mind, making his nerves worsen.

Get a grip of yourself Tony! He told himself.

"I-I'm fine, Kian is waiting for you in the hall, we'll be there soon" He said hating the way his voice shook.

He could feel the Grand Masters gaze on him, he desperatly tried to ignore it.

They walked down quite a few corridors.

"I-it feels a little like a maze at first but you'll g-get used to it" He said, laughing nervously, trying to lighten the mood.

She said with a slightly strained smile "I'm sure we will, right master?" turning to the Grand master as they walked.

He didn't spare Tony a glance this time as he responded "I'm sure"

Though there was a coldness to his voice that made Tony wish he didn't exist, not that he could blame the Grand Master for being so cold, especially knowing what Kian had planned.

This-this was so wrong but what could he do?!

They arrived at the hall, usually with guests they'd wait until Kian called them in but Tony did not think that would go down well with the Grand Master so he opened the doors, letting them through.

Say something! He cried at himself, just do something!

Before he knew it, he was grasping hold of the women's wrist.

"C-can I talk to you in private for a second" He asked shakily.

She gave the Grand Master a little nodd to say when he stopped walking, she'd be fine then followed him out of the Hall.

Kian didn't pay much attention to them, he was already seated and smiled brightly as the powerful sorceror sat down.

"I'm glad you came, please sit and have a drink while we wait for our food to arrive" He said pleasantly but Tony knew it was fake.

"What is it?" She asked as they walked out of earshot.

Tony opened his mouth but no sounds came out.

Please, just this once, disobey your alpha he shouted at himself as he struggled to get the words out.

You have to do this, to save a life!
