“Either you go to the masquerade party or say goodbye to Todrick. Pick your choice.”

I yelled. “I will get you!”

“Party. Mask. Go.”

“Fine!” I exclaimed. “Send me the address.”

“Love you too,” she said.

So, I'm forced to go to a party. Great, I'm going to hate it.

Francisco’s POV

This Alex guy is too weird for me.

Why invite a couple of strangers, who just got out of jail, to a party at your house? What if we were extremely dangerous and decided to make a fire at the house? What if we had people to start shit there?

I know that Adam and I would never do that, but still. This guy is just dumb.

I'd went to my old house to see if Mom actually forgot about me after the celebration of Adam and I being free men.

There was a note on the door and a “For Sale” sign on the ground.

Francisco, your stuff is in storage. All you have to do is ask for your name and this ticket that's on the back of the note.

I saw the ticket on the back of the note with my general information on it.

I'm sorry that I hadn't been seeing you. I got deported back to Mexico because the US thinks my passport was a fake. They also told me that I have to get $30,000 to come back.

If you're reading this now, I'm in Mexico. You don't need to know where I'm at or what I'm doing. All I need to tell you is that I love you.

After three hours of putting my stuff into Adam’s apartment, Adam was actually getting ready for Alex’s party.
I was thinking of Mom’s note. How would I get that money so she can come back? I don't know where she is or what she's doing.

This sucks.

I swear, when I get a good paying job, she's coming back to the US.

“Dude, get dressed,” Adam told me. I was chilling on his couch, watching reruns of Regular Show.

Mordecai and Margaret reminds me of Jasmine and I because Mordecai is basically in love with Margaret without her even knowing.

I'm not saying that I'm in love with Jasmine. I'm just confused.

The two years I was in jail, I felt nothing. No happiness, sadness, anger, nothing. I was a person that didn't have any emotion.

I wanted to get Jasmine off of my mind because I knew she'd moved on. She's probably not in the city anymore.

Who knows, she could be married and have kids already.

“I'm not going to that party,” I said to Adam when he was trying out his mask that he bought.

He bought an Anonymous mask that I thought it was stupid because people can obviously assume that he could hurt someone.

“You know I'd bought a mask for you.” He grabbed the Party City bag that had the masks and took a mask.
