About the story : the theme is interesting although not something very uncommon. Grammar is what makes a sentence, pay attention to that. Also use of proper vocabulary is very important.
While using the dialogues, make sure that it is clear who is speaking what. The dialogues are relatable but don't blabber, it bores the reader. Stick to the point. U are using a very simple language ,u can use better words to make it dramatic. Since the genre is romance, live up to it.people expect more from a love story. Also since your character is a ten year old and u are writing this in her pov, make it believable.
