Cover/Description:
The cover works perfectly, to be honest I think this is one of the best covers I have seen in the Horror/Paranormal category.
The description could have used a little more detail, but it worked for me somehow, if I was a reader looking for a new book to read, I would definitely be hooked up to your book just by the cover and description.

The beginning:
I was hooked up from the first written word. The plot is twisted and the chemistry between Charlotte and Eliot combined with the storyline make a very intriguing reading experience.

Detailing/Grammar:
I would definitely recommend for you to edit in the future, I saw a few grammatical errors, as well as some misplaced punctuation.
You could have developed the story a little more and make it more complex than you did.

Character Development/Plot:
Your plot is addictive, I don't think I've ever described a plot this way, but that's how it felt reading your book. Character development could use some work.

My view as a reader:
You don't need to be flawless to have a good book, edits will fix those flaws, but what can't be fixed is your potential and talent to be a writer, and you definitely go it!
Competing on awards with books that are more developed either by the storyline or characters, is not always easy, especially when you are the judge.
Grammar is not even a big deal for me, because an edit will fix it, but i can't ignore when someone has a gift for writing and for creating plots with outstanding potential.

Your book definitely needs work to make justice to the amazing plot, but never change the way you write and bringing a story to life.
All the Best :)
