Aomine x Reader

Aomine daiki, the ace of the touou basketball team seems to have got himself into a bit of a pickle. He had been pining over one girl, and one girl only. Which is odd for the guy who owns a lot of magazines that contained lots if nudity. Though the magazines didn't matter anymore, it was just you, (name).

She was a very outgoing girl, the only girl that could actually beat him in basketball, or is his equal. He preferred the latter, his ego would be shattered if you actually beat him. He loved you with all his heart, one problem though. You had some enmity against guys. Something todo with your past that your not too comfortable about but you felt that all guys were perverse and just all round bums.

That's why he felt the need to lie to you. It was because he had only the best intentions in his heart. Whether it be his or yours he still hadn't decided. He found it the only way to get close to you that he had to tell you this lie. You were sick and tired of disgusting perverts trying their dodgy pick up lines on you so you simply came to have a mutual dislike towards the organisms known as males.

When you met aomine, you were with momoi, discussing how annoying everyone is. Like normal teenagers do. Though you asked her if there was anyone who wasn't annoying she immedietly got stars in her eyes and squealed out.
"Tetsu-kun!" She started rambling incoherently about winning something?

Face palming you decided to let her finish.
"Oi satsuki!" Voice came out, an octave lower than most guys your age. Turning around you saw that there was a tanned, navy haired boy laying down.
"Will you shut up I'm trying to get to sleep!" Momoi pouted.
"Dai-chan, I'm just telling (name) how amazing Tetsu-kun is~" he groaned outloud.
"Tetsu is a great guy, loves vanilla milkshakes, absolutely loves basketball, he even has his own style" he said in a tone of admiration. "*cough* he goes to seirin, Are you done now?" He asked momoi.

You just sat there listening to this man compliment another boy with such admiration. Never had you heard something so sincere from the lazy giant. You somehow found a new light had been shed on your view of the male gender. Could it be that they were not all total douche bags?

You walked thought the halls of touou with momoi, smiling for no apparant reason.
"Tell me more about him~" you nudged. She gave you a playful look.
"Wouldn't you like to know" you pouted.
"Duh! That's why I'm asking!" You flicked her forehead.

Momoi was upset that aomine interrupted your gossiping. She was going to ask you whether there was actually one guy who you liked. Though without knowing it at the time. She got her answer. Realising quickly you might have an actual interest in her childhood friend she knew it wouldn't last, with him being the way he is and just being odd around you since he practically adores you. Hence why he couldn't look at you, he knew most certainly that his mind would go blank thinking about how beautiful you are and how you would just casually sit there like you owned the world... You did, in a way. You owned his world.

That being said momoi knew he was going to screw it up if he ever said anything to you directly when she wasn't there. So she decided to make up a lie.
"Well, before you start thinking anything, just letting you know he .." Taking a second to think about this she found her self staring outside the window. "He er, swings for the same team..."

She waited for a few seconds before it sunk in.
"Oh really?" You said quietly, she nodded. You looked forward. Knowing full well people avoid eye contact when they are lying. You shrugged it off and insisted she tell you more about him.

Being as stubborn as you are, you still thought guys were douches. Though one douche you didn't mind. You knew he was a pervert, well who isn't? You knew he had mass amounts of 'weird' magazines, but who didn't like looking at pretty pictures?
