Chapter 35

Killian's POV

We had to hurry and meet up with Neal. He had a way to get us in, but the only problem they way in is easy the way out is harder. As we waited for Neal I just knew Emma was waiting for us and I cant wait to see her again. Once Neal showed up everyone was where the should be. The girls at the car ready to get us the hell out of here. The guys from both soccer and football are waiting back with the sheriff. Except Robin and Liam are with us to help us get Emma.Since the only way in where James cant know is through the basement window. David and I were going in and getting Emma out as Neal keeps James busy.

"Okay she's right down there. Though you must be careful. Like I said its you two he wants dead. So get to Emma and get her out, but do it quickly and quietly." Neal says.

"We got this." David says.

Neal opened the window for us cause he had prepared it early today so that it was easy to open. David was on his way down and then it was my turn, but my brother stopped me.

"Liam I have to get to her." I say.

"I know just be careful in there." Liam says.

"I will." I say.

Once David was fully in I climbed down and saw my poor Emma all tied up. I rushed over to her and David got her untied. Once she was free I just hugged her so tightly.

"God I've missed you. Both of you." Emma says.

"And we missed you." I say and kiss her head.

"We missed you very much." David says and hugged her.

"Look as much as I would love to hug you both and never let you go. Can we please get out of here before James comes down." Emma says.

"Yeah. Up you go. Robin, Liam be ready." David says.

David and I helped Emma up and she was helped out by Robin and Liam and now she was safe. David wanted me to go next, but before I could get out things got bad.

"Oh no you two dont." James says.

He shoved David to the floor and pulls me down to the ground as well.

"James come on. Your my brother dont do this." David says.

"You arent a brother. Your the one everyone likes, but Im not gonna hurt you first. Im gonna get him." James says and points a gun at me.

Since I fell to hard to the ground getting up was a little painful. I tried to, but it hurt. I knew it was the end. I closed my eyes thinking of Emma and the life we could of had when I heard a thud. I looked up and Neal had tackled James to the ground.

"Help him up. I'll deal with James." David says.

David and his brother started to literally fight. Neal helped me up, but since I fell on some tools there was blood on my side. It was a deep wound and I couldnt really move.

"Neal leave me. I cant let him get Emma again. Take Emma, take everyone else and go. I'll only slow you down." I say.

"Killian you cant be serious." Neal says.

"I am. Now go." I say.

Neal left quickly and I looked up at David and James fighting and it was becoming harder and harder to breathe. As I looked up at the window we climbed through I saw Emma, Neal, Robin, and Liam. Emma was in tears and Neal and Robin had to carry her off. The last thing I saw was my love crying and being taking away so she would be out of harms way. The last thing I heard was my brother's voice yelling my name from the window. After that there was nothing cause thats when everything went to black.
