"Tell me everything."

Nova giggled crossing her legs, looking across the kitchen island at her grandma. It was around one in the afternoon when both Nova and Chris arrived at
Nova's grandmas house. Chris had left around thirty minutes ago to go get the tattoo he had scheduled yesterday; plus he didn't want to interrupt Nova's time with her family.

Today Nova was spending most of the time with her dads side of the family that lived in New York, in which most of them did. Nova wished she could've stayed with either or grandma or her dads other brother, Keyon. But being that she was living in Texas at the time her parents passed and her other uncle lived there as well, she had no choice but to live with him.

In total Nova's Father Kameron had two siblings, Keyon and Jordan. Of course Jordan lived in Texas and Keyon remained in New York with his three
Kids; Caitlyn, Cameron, and Caliyah.

"Nothing interesting has really been going on," Nova shrugs is placing her chin in her hand, trying to think of something actually worth telling. "I graduate at the end of next month which is really exciting." Nova says. Her grandma, Teyanna, showcased a bright smile, beginning to clap her hands.

"My first grandbaby to graduate, I'm so proud. Aren't India and Quincy seniors too?" Teyanna asked pushing a piece of short brown hair behind her ear.

Nova nods, resisting the urge to roll her eyes. "Yeah. We all graduate this year. I think India is going to some college in state, and Quincy I don't quite know yet." Nova informs as Teyanna nods.

"I'm proud of all three of you, graduating is such a great accomplishment and milestone in life." Nova nods in agreement. "I know just know you're going to college Miss. Smarty Pants. Where do you plan on going?"

Nova chuckles pushing a piece of her straightened hair behind her ear.

"I got an acceptance letter from UCSF and a few different scholarships I applied for as well. The school I really want to go to which is San Diego School of Medicine might've sent their acceptance emails out in the last two weeks, I really haven't checked yet." Nova shrugged.

"UCSF?! Isn't that the top medical school in California? Why isn't that your number one choice?" Teyanna ask furrowing her eyebrows.
