"Our best solution are stitches, the cut is pretty deep. Along with a Tetanus Vaccine, which is also known as a Tecna shot. It could definitely help prevent from your foot getting infected." The doctor states with a smile. The fuck was this bitch smiling for?

I clench my jaw before turning my head over to Chris who had an apologetic smile spread across his face.

"I swea' to God ima beat cho' ass. And that's facts." I say.

"You'll be fine.....it's nothing you can't handle." He says nervously chuckling.

Well, now I'm in the hospital for my shit I could've avoided if it wasn't for this nigga. Lemme tell you how it all started.

Earlier that day, 7:56 Am.

I spit the toothpaste out my mouth and tie my hair up before walking back over to my bed and laying back down.

Just four minutes until school starts, and I'm still laying in bed. Maybe one more day off wouldn't hurt, it's not like I'm failing any classes. If they ask, I'll just tell them I'm sick.

I still felt mentally drained from all the cry I did yesterday, but I definitely felt a lot better. Truth is, talking about your situation isn't always as bad as you think it will be; it released a lot of stress.

I was the only one left at home, so I had another free day to myself, which I had planned to just eat and watch TV. There's honestly no point in going anywhere.

I check the time on my alarm clock seeing that it was now 8:01, no school for me. I don't know if the school would call my aunt or uncle, but I doubt it since they didn't call yesterday.

A knocking sound interrupted my thoughts as I looked around, the knock didn't sound like it was coming from downstairs. But rather extremely close.

I ignore it and get snuggled into my clean pillow, ready to get another nap in before I decided to get up. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath, settling my mind.

*Knock!*

My eyes pop open and search around the dim lit room, not seeing where the sound could've possibly been coming from.
