Chapter 41

* Bruno's POV *

I wake up to find my two girls jumping on the bed. Great...

"Daddy! Daddy! Wake up!"

I look at Genie. "What? I'm sleeping!"

Rachelle screamed into my ear. "TODAY'S THE DAY!!!!! WE'RE GOING TO MEXICO!!! I wanna go now!"

I look at my watch.... shit we only got one hour.

I sprung up and yelled at my kids. "Get dressed! Brush your teeth! Wash your face! Just run your hands though your hair! We're late!!"

I just threw on some jeans, a t-shirt and I'm done! I swished up some mouth wash, poofed up my hair, and ran down the steps. "Genie! Rachelle! Times up!!"

They ran down the stairs with their weapons in hand. They jumped into the taxi and we're off!!

Natalie gave me a call. I answered and she didn't sound too happy.

- Phone Conversation -

Bruno: hello?

Natalie: where the hell are you?! I'm at the airport right now!

Bruno: sorry Natalie. I kinda overslept... sorry

Natalie: *scoffs* you better hurry! The plane's leaving in an hour!

Bruno: okay okay! Chill Natalie chill no need to lash out like a snake

Natalie: ....what did you call me?!?

Bruno: .... nothing. I'll be there soon okay

Natalie: you better

- Hang up -

That was weird.

We made it to the airport. I grabbed our luggage and saw Natalie, glaring at me. Oh god....

"Hey Natalie. Sorry I didn't show up on time"

Natalie went to the kids. "What's done is done. You're all here now. That's all that matters"

We dropped off our luggage, went for a quick bite in the restaurants, and into the plane we went!

First class... not bad...

I sat with Natalie. She was wearing booty shorts with a kinda see through tank top. Ugh

Genie and Rachelle sat next to each other with... that lady again. The one that put then to sleep.

I look at Natalie. "Who's that lady sitting with my kids?"

Natalie smirked. "She calls herself Inbar. She's a very important person in Israel. Owns at least 3 Estates. One of them in Mexico City."

"Damn... she's really rich"

"She is. She's a very special person too. Very special"

"Explain"

"Well here's what I can tell you. She can do things no one else can. You want a mint? Your breath stinks!"

I smell my breath... she's right. I accept the red colored mint. Eating it, I felt extremely dizzy. I closed my eyes for a second and then the next, I was in complete sleep.

* Rachelle's POV *

I sat next to my sister Genie and... "Inbar!"

She looked at me and smiled. "Hey there hun! How you've been?" I smiled faintly. "Okay... my family left me alone. But now Genie's daddy adopted me. I'm a Mars now!! We're going to Mexico"

Inbar patted me on the head. "That's nice Rachelle. Promise me something okay?"

"What is it?"

"Promise me you'll stay close to Genie and your father. Make sure Genie doesn't wonder off. It's not safe for children to walk around in Mexico by themselves. Alright?"

"I promise."

"Do the Pinky Pie swear"

"Cross my heart hope to die stick a cupcake in my eye!"

She chuckled. "Good" with that she fell asleep. Genie was knocked out for the whole trip. Of course since I woke her up early.

I heard a voice in the speakers. "Attention passengers, we have now passed the Mexican border!

Atención pasajeros, ya cruzamos la frontera de México! "

I got out of my seat and looked out the window. All I saw was clouds. I sat back down and started to make a braid on Genie's hair.

Her eyes opened... they were turning blue. "Genie... your eyes are blue"

Genie brushed off the braid. "Because of the pill my dad gave me by accident remember?"

"Oh right..."

We gave each other a hug and took a nice long nap.

* Pinky Pie swear. I gotta thank my sister for that!
