It's been months since Jaemin left, I kinda already moved on from him.

It's Samuel's birthday tomorrow so we're at the mall right now to buy some decorations for his birthday surprise party like being the good girlfriend I am.

"So...what did you buy for Samuel tomorrow?" Jinsoul said as I snapped back from my thoughts.

"Huh? Oh yeah..." I said as I showed her the shoes I bought for Samuel.

It's his birthday tomorrow so I gotta buy him what he wanted for so long.

"No way! Is that the latest Nike shoes?" Jinsoul said as he get the shoes out of the box and look at it.

"Yeah, I heard that he loves Nike shoes more than Adidas so I bought him that..." I said as I smiled at her.

"What a good girlfriend you are, but if he doesn't love your gift, just know that I'm always here, I'll always be glad to accept your gifts-" I cut her off.

"He WILL love them..." I said, emphasizing it as I laugh at her.

"Let's just go and plan his birthday surprise party" Jinsoul said as she picked up the bags and we walk out of the mall.

Jaemin's POV

I'm at California right now, listening to music.

I was relaxing in the living room, trying to get myself to sleep when someone put their hand on my shoulder.

I looked back to see the person and it was my grandfather.

"Hello Jaemin..." My grandfather said as he sit at the chair on front of the couch I'm sitting on.

"Hey..." I said as I remove my headphones from my head.

"How's your life here?" My grandfather asked.

"I-It's okay..." I said to him as I gave him a smile.

"Oh good, I keep on thinking that you were getting bored here..." My grandfather said.

"Oh...no, I'm not. I'm actually having real fun staying here in the US..." I said to him.

"Really? Are you sure?" He asked and I nodded, making him sure.

"Okay..." My grandfather trailed off.

"Well, are you missing someone back in Korea?" My grandfather suddenly asked.

"W-what..." I said as I got surprised at what my grandpa said.

"Oh...no one...hehehe" I said as I let out an awkward laugh.

Well, there is someone...

"Really? Are you sure?" My grandfather teasing me.

"Yes grandpa..." I said, assuring him.

"Really? Not even a single person?" My grandfather asked me.

"Yeah...w-well- there is one..." I said, admitting it.

"Tell me, who is it?" My grandfather asked, acting like a curious teenager.

"Nevermind" I said as I stood up from the couch.

"Let's go outside and eat some snacks, grandpa..." I said as I helped him get up from his chair and lead him outside.

I wonder what is Y/N doing right now...

As I lead my grandfather outside, my mom suddenly come up to me.

"Jaemin..." My mom trailed off.

"We're gonna go back to Korea tomorrow..." My mom said.

"W-why? Vacation isn't even over yet..." I said to her.

"Let's just go back there tomorrow..." My mom said as she placed her finger on her temples and massage it then get inside the house.

"What's wrong with mom?" I asked my grandpa.

"Maybe soon you'll know..." My grandfather said.

"I think you should obey your mother, go pack your things, I'll be okay here..." My grandfather added as I get inside to pack my stuff.

I went inside my room as I get my luggage and pack all my clothes.

After I'm done packing, I saw a picture of my dad inside my luggage.

"Where are you now, dad..." I said as I stare at his picture as I bury his picture deep inside my luggage.
