I smile at fake smile at her. This changes everything.

"Thank you for the dance"

I rush outside to the balcony. This changes my whole plan. It was simple plan. Kill her.

"Corasi"

Yes

"We can't kill her can we"

No

I sigh. I brush the hair from my face and growl

"Titus has two mates huh"

No, he's been lying to her. I look out at the sunrise, a orange glow basks the balcony.

"If I kill her Olu dies, yes"

Yes

I itch my scalp. If I kill her I'll lose my brother and my mate, well my plans fried

Not necessarily. Think about it. They are crumbling already, just give them some thing else to crack. Then shatter them

I look out once again to the orange forest. A plan suddenly comes to me. I grin

I enter the ball to find the dinner table and only the nobles and their advisors there.

"Sorry visionary we just thought it would be a better idea to start now" a servant says

I smile in return, this helps anyways

They all stand when they see me

"Sit" I smile

I take my rightful at the top of the table and look at the food served for me and the wine in my glass

The vision replays in my mind. I make eye contact with Olu and see him staring intently at my food.

"Why are you not eating" Linwood smirks

I look at Char. Gazing lovingly at Titus. It makes me sick

"Charmion" I smile

"Yes" she turns to me

"As a peace offering please trade food with me."

She blushes. She sees it as an honour. Huh.

"Of course it is my honour"

As she reaches for my plates

"No Char." Everyone turns to him

She looks at him angry, he is spoiling her spotlight

"Just don't." Olu glares.

Titus seems to get the meaning and says "Swap with me visionary"

"No I want to swap with Char" I smile back. She grabs my plate and places hers in its former spot.

I smile "Thank you"

"My pleasure." she gushes

"Let us eat"

I watch her as she lifts the fork to her lips. If this doesn't work I could end up losing my brother and possibly my mate but Olu slaps it out of her hand and it skids across the floor. Immediately it explodes. Everyone jumps while I sit there with a smirk on my face.

Titus growls knowing fully well what's going on. This is a shame to the Moon kingdom. No one should ever go for their beloved Visionary

"Beta Norris out" Titus shouts

I snicker. He sneers at me

"Just get out" I scold "He just tried to kill me"

"Forgive him Visionary I promise it won't happen again"

"Ah no punishments tonight I guess"

"Thank you" Titus bows.

Step 1 complete

As we eat. I stand up. They all look my way.

"Linwood can I speak to you outside"

He gets up smirking. I see his shadows around him.

"But tell your best friends to stay inside" I add

"Sure" he nods

We walk out to the balcony. I reach there first. He joins me shortly after.

"I find it outstanding how you can spot my shadows" he gushes

"One of my many talents. I'd love to know what are yours." I make eye contact with him

"Really" he says as he tucks a loose strand of hair behind my ear. I step closer

"You know it is seen as an honour to be the lover of the great visionary."

I crash my lips onto his. He immediately respends. Fool. He grabs onto my waist and lifts me onto the ledge. He licks my bottom lip to ask for entrance. I refuse. Instead I lick his and it's as if he softens. My tongue fights for dominance before I pull back.

"Drink from me" I whisper

He pants "I can't "

"Don't worry I won't tell" I laugh against his lips

He shakes his head. I pull him towards my bare neck.

"Why resist. "

He nods against my neck

"But let's go somewhere more private. Race you" I laugh

I jump from the ledge and run to the clearing. I get there first and he joins me, he immediately latches himself onto me. I suck on his lip and press him against a tree as I unbutton his shirt.

"What are you waiting for"

I feel him smirk against my skin. He bites down harshly, I feel the blood leaving me as he gulps greedily. After what feels like a minute he suddenly stops. Linwood pulls away form me blood dripping down his chin.

"You taste so good" he licks the wound. I pull his head back. It only takes a second to kick in. He holds his stomach, and tries to stand up

"King Linwood I believed you would be smarter than this. You should know my blood is powerful. You are too weak to take mine."

He begins to shudder uncontrollably.

"Don't worry you wont die but I will keep you tied here in the sunlight. Your shadows can't help you. They will watch you as you suffer and they will also suffer knowing they can't help their leader. That king Linwood is your punishment for trying to kill me"

He closes his eyes. I grab the chains from behind the bush I hid them in and chain him to the trees

I laugh too as I make my way back to the moon kingdom. I'm not done yet
