He would ask to see something one your phone, you would of course just think he wants to search something because his phone is dead. So you hand him the phone walking over to the kitchen to get some food, and that was the moment, that was it.
"Jagiya! I'm you're lockscreen!" "Seokjin you scared me." "what a beautiful man I am." "yes baby, what a beautiful man you are."
he would change his lockscreen as well just so he could be matching with you; however he wouldn't change it to a picture of you. he would change it to a picture of himself, the same one you have to 'match' your lockscreen.

Yoongi would love to see your lockscreen, he would be in the studio working hard with a hair band on his head to keep the hair away from his forehead. he thinks he looks stupid, but it's just to keep the hair out of his eyes and away from his forehead.
So you ran in sat on his lap and took a selfie with him, he was scared at first but did a tied smile for the photo. you thought it looked the cutest ever, so you decided to put it as your lockscreen.

Hoseok would probably put him as your lockscreen, however he was unhappy when he saw that it was only him as your lockscreen and it wasn't a picture of the both of you together.

and that's exactly what would happen, the both of you would take a picture together and it would be your lockscreen as well as his.

He wouldn't care too much about what your lockscreen is, not because he doesn't care about you or because he's too busy or whatever. but because it's not something that would bother him too much.
"why am I not your lockscreen joonie?" "it doesn't matter." "I want everyone to know your mine." "I don't need you on my lockscreen for them to know that baby."
He would do whatever makes you happy though, anything at all even if that means putting the best picture of you on his phone and the same of him on yours.
