#13 D.O-The Trail of Love

I drag myself home tiredly. It's 8 but I've only just gotten off work. My boss had just piled a hell lot of assignments on me, and it was all due in a week. I sighed as unlocked the front door lazily. Kicking off my shoes, I realised that the house was dark. Life sucks. I've got a lousy job and even my boyfriend doesn't care to see me home.

I go to the kitchen for food therapy, as usual. As I bite on an apple, I see a small heart-shaped cake on the dining table. I pick it up curiously and see a note underneath. ~Jagi, find what you wore for our first date. The cake is for you. Love, D.O:)~

I throw down the apple and run to my closet. I pull out the pink dress and look inside the pocket. On a heart shaped piece of paper with my favourite sweet is another note. ~I see you found this:) Eat the sweet and go where we first went on our first date. See you soon! -D.O~

I popped the sweet in my mouth and changed into the dress before heading to the wishing fountain at the park.

When I reached the park, the fountain was gushing softly. I smiled as I remembered the times we'd throw coins in for a wish. As I was smiling, a chubby boy ran over and pulled my hand. "Noona, for you!" he said cutely. He handed me a small box. I opened it and aaw a heart chocolate with a note. ~This is the last note! Go to our secret spot at you-know-where:)Bye! Yours forever-D.O :) ~ I thanked the little boy and walked to our little garden. What was D.O planning for me?

When I reached the garden, I was mesmersized by its beauty. The trees all had tiny neon lights on its branches and flowers were in full bloom. When I walked down the narrow, winding trail, I saw Exo standing in two rows on either side of the path. "Here comes the princess!" yelled Luhan.

Kris stepped out and offered me his arm. I took his arm slowly. What was happening? "Rest assured that everything is fine." Kris whispered. He led me down a short distance before giving me a small shove. "Go find your price. Good luck," he said, giving me a rare smile.

I turned around to see D.O. "____, we've been together for the past three years. I don't want to be your boyfriend anymore," he suddenly kneeled down. "So would you do me the honor of being my wife?" I stared dumbly at him, coming back to life only when he grabbed my hands. "Yes. Yes, I'd love to!" I laughed as D.O swung me around before pulling me into a hug. This trail of love had led me to a life with the man I loved most in the world.

A/N: Hey hey hey! I liked the story, but I couldn't think of a better ending. I hope you guys liked it! D.O and his big round eyes are just so cute. I loved it when he was a chicken on Happy Camp.
