Ji Eun POV

I rushed around, grabbing this and that and shoving it into my purse. It was 7.30, and I had to attend a party at 8. My friend, Min Ji, was coming in 3 minutes to pick me up but I had only just finished showering. I made my way out of the door, just as Min Ji pulled up in front of my house. I hopped in and settled down comfortably.

"Ji Eun, Luhan will be there," Min Ji informed me, winking as she drove along. "I don't care. He probably doesn't even notice me," I muttered. Luhan was my crush and he was cute. With those big, clear eyes, milky white skin and beautiful smile, he was easily the star of the school. I could only admire him from afar, because a guy like him would never look at me. I was a tomboy, a librarian, a good student, and in all, a nerd. At least, that was what people saw me to be. In truth, I was a bubbly kid, but I was shy with strangers.

"Oh, anything is possible," Min Ji smirked, stepping out of the car. I got up too and went to greet Baekhyun, my cousin who was hosting the party. "Baek!" I yelled, giving him a hug. "Hey Ji Eun," he smiled, ruffling my hair a little. "Come, meet my friends," he called, dragging me to the center of the room. "These are my friends! The chubby, cute one is Xiumin, the short one is Suho..." I spaced out as he babbled on. "The tall one is Chanyeol, my best friend! He looks like a fairy, don't you think so? And that's Luhan! He's really pretty!" Shit. Luhan was Baekhyun's friend? "Guys, meet Ji Eun, my cousin!" I saw Baekhyun directing a wink at Luhan. Why so? I wondered as they came over. "So you are the wonderful cousin that Baekhyun boasts of so much. Glad to meet you. I'm Chen!" a dinosaur looking guy with a devilish grin said, shaking my hand. I grinned back and grabbed his hand, recognizing the impish glint in his eye that reflected mine.

I shook hands around before I went to find Min Ji. A sudden pain struck my head and I reeled a little. I staggered out to the garden for a gulp of  fresh air. My migraine was playing up again, and it was worse than usual. The pain pounded against my head and I grabbed ny head. "Shit, I didn't bring my tablets," I groaned. My head was spinning around crazily, and I reached out to grab something to steady myself. Everything dimmed and seemed to dance before my eyes, before all was black.

When I woke up, I found myself on a bed. I looked around weakly and recognized the posters that belonged to Baekhyun. But how did I end up in my cousin's room? A figure in the corner caught my eye. "Baek." I called hoarsely. My head was still pain, but it was much better.

Luhan stepped out of the shadowy quarters of the room and sat beside the bed. "Are you better, Ji Eun? I saw you fainting just now, and I was so worried. I carried you in, and Baekhyun said you could lie in his bed. Do you need aspirin?" he questioned softly, patting my pillow. Luhan carried me? He was worried? "Uh-uh I'm fine. Sorry to trouble you," I muttered, blushing scarlet. "It was my pleasure, Ji Eun," Hearing my name in his soft, musical voice made my heart thump wildly. What a gentleman.

"Thanks Luhan," "Ji Eun." I looked up and I saw him gazing at me seriously. I colored as he held my hands in his, holding it tight. "Lu-luhan," I gulped, breaking into a sweat. My heart was beating frantically, going into overdrive. Why did he have to do this? "Shush, Ji Eun. I've always loved you, and I'm glad that I could be your knight in shining armour in your darkest moment. Please, do me the honour of being my girlfriend," His big eyes were shining with sincerity and hope, and I nodded gladly, the tears blurring my vision. I wrapped my arms around him, and he pulled me closer. Finally, Luhan was mine.

"Aww, I knew they'd get together," Baekhyun whispered, the tears shining in his eyes as he looked on at the touching scene. "You soppy little beagle," Chanyeol laughed, and he wrapped his arms around his puppy, admiring the two lovers.

A/N: I typed this pretty late, because I was out yesterday. I woke up at 11, ran out at 11+, did research till 5+, travelled for an hour, and went to a dinner that lasted till 12+. Basically, I had little time to get on Wattpad so I'm sorry if I didn't respond to your messages or follows.
