#12 Lay-Protector

Dedicated to ShinMinGi_ 12 for writing my first ever imagine! Also dedicated to unicorns all over the universe! Quadruple update for celebrations! Enjoy!

I moved back in fear. The dog was slowly advancing in on me. "He-help me, somebody." I croaked, tears welling in my eyes. I screamed as the dog suddenly pounced. However, nothing happened. I opened my eyes and saw a boy wrestling with the dog. The dog nipped at his fingers but he didn't flinch.

Suddenly, the dog ran to me snarling. I cowered in fear, sobs wrecking my body. Why was this happening to me? I could only watch, frozen as the boy took a stick and managed to chase the dog away. I collapsed into a small heap on the cold hard ground, sobbing heavily.

"Don't cry. The dog won't harm you anymore." I looked up to see the boy kneeling over me. I stopped crying. "Th-thank you." I said, my voice wobbling. He gave me a small smile. " I'm Lay, by the way. How about you?" "____." "That's a nice name. ____, I'll always protect you, no matter what." he said, his eyes serious. I stuck my pinky out to him and he wrapped his pinky around mine.

I looked at the man who lay[A/N: haha, Lay:)] on the bed. The man who risked his life for me. The man who willingly suffered five slashes of the knife for me. The man who rescued me from a murderer. My tears dropped as I saw his angelic face, his chest rising and dropping slowly. It was my fault that he was having breathing difficulties now.

"Mr Yixing is fine. He just needs a few weeks to recover and he's good." The doctor's voice snapped me out of my trance. I nodded dumbly as he walked out.

Just then, Yixing's eyes fluttered open. "Who are you? Qhy am I here?" "I'm ____. You got five slashes for protecting me. Thank you so much. Is there anything I can do for you?" "_____? I'm Yixing, but I prefer Lay. I'll always protect you, remember?" I stared at him. So he was the one who saved my life then? "Thank you so much. I just don't know how I can ever repay you." I replied gratefully, tears dripping down my cheeks. "Just smile for me. I've loved you since I saw you that day." he whispered in his soft, gentle voice. I leaned down and closed the gap between our lips, our lips meeting softly. "I love you too, my protector."

A/N: I wanted to name this angel, but Suho was already one. Lay is a bias wrecker, seriously. He reminds me of Donghae, whom is one of my favourite in Super Junior. They look alike, have the same sleepy eyes with double eyelids and a mellow voice. Oh, how I love Exo's unicorn. D.O is next, so look forward. Feel free to request! I put the request format at the first part so that you guys don't need to keep reading it. I hope you guys are doing well. What do you think about Exo-L? It's cute and creative, and L is the 12th letter of the alphabet, so it's even more symbolic! But somehow I still feel like an EXOtic cos it sounds cooler and is also creative in it's own way.
