Eunchae's POV

Dad and I was eating on this round table with romantic songs tonight. It's been a long time since we eat together because he always have a meeting. He's not like this before.

"Eunchae can we talk?" He asked when I stood up felt awkward. I sat down again in respect. "Are you angry?"

'Yes, dad. I really do.'

"No. I'm just tired of my assignments." I said as I drank water.

"I know you do." He said as I looked at him.

'Good for you to know.'

"What's the sense of asking if you don't believe me?" I asked then everything turned in silence in seconds.

"You told me you want a sister, right? There she is. You have one." He said as my hands crumpled in anger.

"It's better to have my bestfriend Lucy-unnie than that snake." I said as I rolled my eyes.

"What did you say?!" He asked as I felt his curiosity and anger.

"Samchon." Lucy-unnie called from the stairway. "Is Choi Laila you mean? He's in love with Eunchae's boyfriend, Sky." She said as she crossed arms. "You're witness of their love, right? Isn't it strange if you let your daughter you lived with for many years feel broken than her sister you just met?"

Dad just looked at me.

"Think about it, dad." I said as Lucy-unnie and I went upstairs.

Laila's POV

"Yah. Ireona(wake up). Laila. We're here." I heard his voice so I opened my eyes. Hindi ko alam pero bigla akong napangiti nang una ko siyang nakita sa paggising ko.

"Oh. Sorry. I fell asleep after a lot of fun." I apologized. Balak ko nang buksan yung pinto ng kotse pero bigla niya hinarap yung mukha ko sa kanya.

"Next time, be careful when you sleep with someone's car or house. You look like a little girl who sleep so hard." Sambit niya matapos kumuha ng panyo at pinunasan yung laway kong hindi ko napansing tumulo pala habang natutulog ako.

"Mianhe. I just felt too comfortable inside your car." Sambit ko saka ako napayuko sa kahihiyan. Ikaw kasi Laila. Baka mamaya humilik ka pa habang tulog.

"Aniyo." He objected. "I want you to be that comfortable with me. I just hope that only with me."

"Huh?" Tanong ko kase medyo hindi ako makapaniwalang sa kaniya yun nanggaling.

"Psh. Why do you always break my mood because you're too slow to understand?" He asked kaya medyo natawa ako.

"It's not like I don't get it. It's just I can't believe it's from you." Mahina kong sambit.

"Was that mean you don't want me to be like this? Know what? It's better if you tell me earlier." Pagtatampo niya saka niya binalak na lumabas ng kotse pero pinigilan ko siya.

"Eto naman! Mas malakas pa yung regla mo kaysa sakin." Sambit ko.

"What?" He asked.

"I mean, I don't expect that to you. You're a bad boy and you always tease me. We always fight and start a war. I'm not used to it."

"Then adjust. It's easy." Sambit niya saka siya lumabas ng kotse at iniwan ako.

"Hoy hintayin mo ko!!" Sigaw ko saka ko siya hinabol.

Bigla akong napatigil nang bigla kong nakita ang isang napakalaking mansiyon. Ang lawak rin ng lugar at grabe ang ganda dahil puro puno ang paligid at mga bulaklak. Napansin kong nakatingin sakin si Sky pero hinayaan ko lang siya.
