When Leo left to go find Sara I was left alone with Liam. The right side of my face was hurting so badly but I didn't say anything. I scoot a bit closer to him and lay the left side of my head on his shoulder.

"You know, your scar will look pretty badass." he says. I smack his arm, sort of playfully.

"Shut up it hurts." I say. He just chuckles once again. I link my arm with his. Or at least I try, but he pulls it away and wraps it around my shoulders and holds both my hands in his free one. His touch made shivers run up my spine. I haven't felt it in so long.

"Liam... what do you remember? Of me?" I ask. He shifts in his seat a little.

"I remember you before I died. I remember your laugh and uh... the way you'd bite your lip when you're nervous and the way your hair looks like it's its own light source and - " he rambles. I cut him off.

"Okay! Okay!" I say, laughing slightly despite the pain.

"You asked me what I remembered!" he says. I can just hear the smile in his voice. He kisses the top of my head and rubs my arm.

"Come on, let's go get something to eat." he says, standing up and offering his hand to me.  And this time, I take it.
