"I had dream with my godly parent in it", Ellie and I blurted out at the same time.

"Oh, um, you can go first, Ellie", I muttered, waving my hand at her. My dream wasn't going to be nearly as happy as Ellie's. I have more nightmares than demigods usually get. Ellie, of course, gets some pretty bad ones, but she doesn't have them nearly every night.

"So my dad said that he sent me on this quest because I'm apparently his favorite. I guess we kind of made up", she explained, summarizing her dream into a few short sentences. "Now I guess it's Sara's turn."

"Right", I said, clapping my hands together. "Soooo Athena came to me in a dream...and I kind of tried to..um...stabherinthegut. Then we started fighting and I overpowered her for a second then she knocked me to the ground and pinned me there with one of her knives. She then said 'Why do you hate me so much?' and I responded with a very nasty explanation that I would rather not go into...and she said she had done it to keep me safe...and how it hurt her to watch me grow up the way I did, you know, without any guidance..."

"Why would she not guide you?" Liam asked. "She always looks after he kids. Annabeth told me that."

"Because I am a constant reminder that she broke her oath", I told them, drawing my knees up to my chest.

"THE oath? The maiden oath? The one that she's had for millenia?!?" Leo exclaimed, jumping to his feet. "But that--"

"Shut up!" Ellia shouted, pointing at the ceiling. "We don't know what gods are listening. No gods know about this except for Athena and we plan to keep it that way. Now let Sara finish her dream."

"Yeah...this is where it turns into a nightmare. Athena then kind of morphed into Zeus and had weird read eyes and kept repeating 'I know, and you will die'. If Zeus knows, then I don't think I'll survive this quest", I finished up, hugging my knees tighter to my chest.
