Maddie's POV
I woke up on the couch to the smell of bacon. I dragged myself up and had 2 pieces, then went to the bathroom to kind of fix myself. I went to hayes room and changed into some sweats and a tshirt. i came back downstairs and asked Elizabeth when we will be moving my stuff. " mainly today and tomorrow, so if you and hayes want to head over there now and get a head start..." She said. With that I got hayes and we headed across the street. I used the key the officer gave me and opened the door. After about thirty minutes of silence hayes spoke up. "Maddie, I just want to tell you I am really sorry. I let my wanting of popularity take over me and push you down. Please forgive me." I was frozen. "I forgive you hayes, you don't know how long I have been waiting to hear That from you." And I went up and hugged him. We put most of my stuff into boxes and were going to get my furniture tomorrow. When we were all done, we went to our treehouse and talked of all our memories.
