I found myself in Economics Class, trying to stay focused and absorb the lesson, but my mind keeps wandering.
I can't shake off the thoughts of what happened earlier, especially about..

"Michael"

Boses iyon ni Maui noong tinawag niya ang pangalan ni Eli kanina.
Hanggang ngayon ay paulit ulit itong nagmamarka sa isipan ko.

I know she saw the scene between Eli and me, yet it's confusing that she did nothing about it.  She didn't punch me in the face like she did during the riot.

Is it because Eli was there? I want to laugh at the thought, but deep down, she has every right to be upset. After all, she's the fiancé, while I'm just someone who loves him. That's all.

Tumingin ako sa paligid. Napatayo ako sa gulat nang mapagtanto kong ako na lang ang mag isang naiwan dito sa loob at kasalukuyang nakatayo sa harap ko si Ms. Porscha Lorezo.

"You seemed distracted throughout the entire class. I was watching you, but you didn't notice."

"I'm just not feeling well today. I'm leaving now." I said quickly and hurried out of the room.

I grabbed my phone from my bag and quickly dialed Xandrev's number.

"Xandrev-"

"Hello? Xandrev's still sleeping. He must be tired of—" I cut her off and ended the call. I don't wanna hear it.

Just damn, Xandrev Ross! Mapagabi at tanghali.

Dumiretso ako sa locker area upang ilagay ang ilang libro na nagamit ko na rin naman kanina bago kumuha ng ilang gamit na kakailanganin ko naman para sa next subject.

While heading to corridor, unfamiliar voice made me stop as the wind flicked at my bare arms and gives a little shiver.

I felt like I was frozen in place, but eventually, I took a step toward the owner of that voice.

With each step, my heartbeat quickened. I was now in front of the door, peeking inside.

He was sitting on the teacher's desk, holding a guitar in his hands. For some unknown reason, I couldn't help but admire him.

It seemed like his intense gaze could hypnotize everyone's senses, just like what was happening now. The room was silent, with everyone staring at him, their eyes either admiring him or something more.

Halos mapatalon ako sa gulat nang dumako ang tingin nito sa'kin. Imbes na iwasan ay nakuha ko pang makipagtitigan dito.  I don't know why, but I could see the sadness written on his face. His eyes seemed to be filled with pain.
