Chapter 29

Alx's Pov

When I wake up the next morning, I hear Emily on the phone with someone. She yells at someone then hangs up.

Emily starts crying and I immediately rush over to her. She cries into my chest for a while until she says, "That w-was my b-brother."

When she says that, I get mad and say, "What did he want?" "He w-wants me to m-m-move i-in with h-h-him." She says.

"Emily, you're not moving in with him. He'll have to go through my dead body to take you." I say.

She looks up at me and says, "You know you were the only person there for me when he raped me. My parents had no idea but you somehow knew. If it wasn't for you, he would still be raping me."

I kiss her forehead and say, "He's not going to touch you. He'll have to kill me to get to you and the baby." She smiles and let's go of me.

"I'm hungry." She says when she sees my confused look. I smile and carry her to the living room. I set her on the couch then walk into the kitchen.

Emily's Pov

After Alx brought me into the living room, I turn on the tv and flip through the channels. After a couple of minutes, I find out Mean Girls is on.

Alx walks in with breakfast and sees his favorite movie is on. He hands me my plate then focuses on the tv.

*Skip movie*

Alx gets up to carry our plates to the kitchen. I get up and walk up behind him and wrap my arms around his waist.

He turns around and picks me up. Alx sets me on the counter while I wrap my legs around his waist.

He kisses me and his hand start rubbing up my leg. Before anything can happen, there's a knock on the door. "Really." Alx says walking away to answer it.

I get down from the counter and walk to the living room. Alx walks back in and says, "Gabbie wants to talk to you if you're okay with that."

"Fine, I'll talk to her." I say. She walks in and starts apologizing for everything she did.

Something seems off about her apology, but everyone deserves a second chance. "Alright I'm giving you a second chance, I forgive you." I tell her.

She hugs me then walks over to Alx and hugs him. I get jealous but decide not to say anything. I don't need to stress myself out since it's bad for the baby.

Gabbie leaves and Alx walks over to me. He wraps his arm around me and puts his hand on my stomach. "You know we never talked about baby names." He says.

"I suck at names." I say laughing. "Um, how about if it's a boy, Andrew James Draughan. If it's a girl Natalie Michelle Draughan." He says.

"I like those names." I say kissing him. He smiles and pulls me close to him. I get comfortable and start falling asleep.

I guess that's what happens when you get pregnant.

Hi! Okay first off, Alx's real name is Draughan. So if you were confused then you're not now. Second of all, I'm sorry for the lame chapter, but I had no other ideas so yeh. I promise you all, I will start writing longer chapters!! :)x
