Chapter 65

I'm skipping Andrew's birthday because I'm too lazy to write it but I'm thinking about ending this book and doing a sequel so I might end this book after 5 or 6 more chapters.

*Two months later*

Emily's Pov

"Alx hurry up so we can make it to the doctors appointment on time!" I yell up the stairs. "Hang on my pants ripped!" He yells back. I laugh and he comes down the stairs after a couple of minutes.

"How in the world did you rip your pants?" I say still laughing. "I slipped and it just happened so stop laughing." He says putting his hand over my mouth. I lick it and he yanks his hand away and wipes it off.

Alx opens the car door for me and helps me inside then goes over to his side and starts driving. "So are you still hoping that the baby will be a girl?" I ask Alx. "I really want it to be a girl so I can spoil her." He says looking at me.

I smile as soon as Alx pulls up the the building. When we walk inside, the receptionist motions for us to go on ahead back and when we get in the back, the doctor greets us then leads us to her office.

"Alright Emily, are you ready for your ultrasound?" She asks putting the gel on my stomach. I nod and she starts running the thingy over my stomach and says, "Well I'm happy to announce that you're having a girl." I look up at Alx and he's smiling like a child on Christmas morning.

She wipes the stuff on my stomach and gives me the paper for my next appointment. As soon as we walk outside, Alx picks me up and carries me bridal style to the car. Once we're both in the car I say, "She's going to have you wrapped around her little finger."

"Of course she is." He says laughing. "You want to pick up Andrew from Sara's and head over to your moms house to tell her the news?" I ask him. "Yeh that sounds good." He says. After a while we pull up to Sara's house and he knocks on the door.

"Hey guys come on in." She says stepping to the side. We walk in and see Andrew sitting in his crib chewing on something. "Oh yeah I gave him on of his toys and he wouldn't stop putting it in his mouth." She says.

"Yeh he's been teething a lot lately so I wouldn't blame him." I say. Alx walks over to get Andrews stuff while Sara asks me, "So what's the baby going to be?" "It's going to be a girl." I say smiling. "I bet Alx is happy, he's always wanted a little girl." She says.

"He's extremely happy, she already has him wrapped around her finger and she's not even here yet." I say. "He's going to be extremely protective over her." She says. "Yeh I know." I say. Alx walks back over with Andrew and says, "Mom just texted me and she says Dana has some news and she wants us there to hear it."

"Alright we should go then. Bye Sara thanks for watching Andrew." I say hugging her. "You're welcome. I'll watch him whenever you need me to." She says hugging Alx. We walk out and I grab Andrew's bag putting it on the other side and we get in the car.

We pull up to Mrs. Sandy's house and Alx offers to grab Andrew so I grab his bag. When we walk inside, Mrs. Sandy walks over to us and hugs us. She leads us into the kitchen and tells us to sit down. "Alright Dana, everyone's here so what's your big announcement?" Mrs. Sandy asks.

"Well as all of you know I'm pregnant and today we went to the doctor and turns out we're having another girl." Dana says smiling. Mrs. Sandy jumps up and hugs Dana. "Alx, I was told you and Emily have an announcement too." She says looking at us.

"Yeh, we also went to the doctor today and found out we're having a girl." Alx says smiling. "Two little girls, I'm going to spoil them both." Mrs. Sandy says. We all sit there talking and after a while Mrs. Sandy says, "Everyone wash up and get ready to eat. I didn't cook all this food for me and the dogs."

We all get up and head to the bathroom to wash our hands and when I walk back downstairs, I see Mrs. Sandy feeding Andrew. "You didn't have to feed him, I could've done it." I say. "Well I wanted to do it. I like to feed my grandchildren." She says laughing.

Everyone else walks downstairs and we all sit at the table and before we can eat, Mrs. Sandy tells us to all pray. When we finish Alx says, "Do you want to stay here for the night or head back to the apartment?" "You choose." I say laying my head on his shoulder. "Let's stay here because we'll get home really late if we leave now." He says.

I nod and Alx tells his mom that we're staying the night. We put Andrew in the crib that his mom keeps at her house and head to Alx's room. He hands me some clothes that I left here and he goes to the bathroom to change and to brush his teeth.

When I finish getting dressed, I head over to the bathroom so I can brush my teeth. Alx sees me walk in and moves over so I can get next to him. We finish and Alx decides to carry me back to the bedroom and he lays me down on the bed. He gets beside me and wraps his arms around me.

"Goodnight baby girl." He says. "Night babe." I say snuggling into his chest.
