Chapter 36

Okay so I just realized how short the last chapter was. I'm so sorry it's just I had writers block and I had to go to this thing called school so I've been extremely busy.

I promise I will make the chapters longer, it depends on if I decide to finish this book and make a sequel or I just keep writing this one until I decide to finish this book. So enjoy this chapter and I'll make it as long as I can.

*2 days later*

Emily's Pov

Finally, I can go home and not be in this hospital no more. I don't think anyone realizes how nasty the food is and how boring you get just sitting there in a bed all day.

But, I guess since I had Andrew it wasn't that boring. He actually kept me entertained the entire time. I made him smile a lot because I was making some of the stupidest faces, so that's a good thing.

Alx has sung Andrew to sleep every night, and to be honest, it's the most adorable thing in the world. I don't think I've ever seen Alx so happy in my life, it's like nothing can wipe the smile off his face since our family started.

I've been day dreaming so much, I didn't realize we were already outside waiting for Alx to pull his car up.

He gets out and puts Andrew in his car seat, then helps me sit next to Andrew. He thanks the doctors and heads over to his side. "Hey Emily, what do you want to eat for supper?" He asks when he gets in. "Uh, you choose." I tell him while looking at our baby sleeping.

"Do you want McDonald's?" He asks. "Yeh that'll be fine." I tell him. He nods his head and it goes silent for a couple of minutes until he says, "I think you'll like the apartment I picked out." "What does it look like?" I ask since I really haven't seen it.

"It's a three bedroom there bathroom with a kitchen a big living room. I really can't describe it but it's amazing." He says. "Well you have a good taste of style, so I trust you." I tell him laughing.

*Skip car ride*

We pull up to the apartment and Alx offers to grab everything, which I really can't argue with him because I have to carry Andrew up to the apartment. Alx somehow manages to get everything without dropping it and walks into the apartment.

The place actually looks amazing, words can't describe how beautiful this is. (Just imagine your dream house because I don't know how to explain this stuff).

I walk up the steps to Andrew's room and put him in the crib. I grab the baby monitors and turn both of them on, then grab one of the to bring downstairs.

When I get down there, I see Alx getting the food out, so I set the monitor down and walk up behind him and wrap my arms around his waist.

I feel him chuckle and he turns around. He picks me up off the ground then sets me on the counter. "So you like the apartment?" He asks. "I love it." I tell him.

He smiles and kisses my nose. "I'm glad you do, I wanted to find the perfect one and this was it." He says kissing my neck.

Alx keeps his face in my neck, so I decide to lick his ear since my mouth is right next to it. "Did you just lick my ear?" He asks laughing. "I would've never." I say fake gasping.

He smiles and starts coming closer to me. I try backing away but can't. Alx pulls me close to him and licks my face. "Alx. Stop!" I say trying to keep my voice down.

He eventually stops and pulls away laughing. "You let our McDonald's get cold." I say laughing at him. "You started it." He says. "You know you love me." I say.

We heat up the food and eat some of it until I hear Andrew crying. I walk upstairs to check his diaper while Alx makes the bottle just incase he's hungry.

Alx brings the bottle up and hand it to me. I feed Andrew while Alx looks on. When he falls back to sleep, I set him down and put the thing up so he can't roll out.

We walk out quietly and head to our room to watch tv for a little bit and to just talk about random stuff.
