Chapter 51

Emily's Pov

"I don't want to get up." Alx groans. "Well you have to so you can make it to that photo shoot." I say. "I wish you could come with me." He says. "I know you do. That's the only way you'll actually go without argument." I say.

"Well you're not lying. When you're with me I feel more comfortable with what I'm doing. I hate doing things by myself." He says. "Same here but get up and get ready." I say. "Ugh fine but you're making it up top me later." He says.

"How will I make it up to you?" I ask him. "I'm taking you and Andrew on a picnic. So when I get back, be ready to go out." He tells me. "Alright, now go get dressed. You don't want to make your manager mad by being late." I say.

He kisses my cheek and gets up to get ready. When he walks into the bathroom, I get up and walk to Andrew's room to check on him.

He's still sleeping so I look at the clock and decide to let him sleep a little longer. I walk downstairs and grab a cup of coffee. "Alright well I should be back around five." He says kissing my cheek.

"Ok see you then." I say. "Love you." He says kissing me again. "Love you too babe." I say winking. He walks out and when he does, I call Caleb considering I forgot to call him last night.

*Skip conversation*

When I get off the phone, I head upstairs to get Andrew. I take him downstairs to feed him.

While he's eating, I keep thinking about how much he's grown up. He's turning one in two months. He's growing up way to fast.

Once I finish, I decide to lay in the living room and watch kids movies until Alx gets home.

When he walks in, he's wearing different clothes and he's carrying about seven bags of clothes and shoes. "I just love photo shoots." He says.

"Are you ready to go out?" Alx asks. "Yeh. I guess I am." I say. "Im surprised you got dressed. You usually get dressed after me begging you." He's says grabbing the picnic stuff.

I laugh and grab Andrew then we walk out. I put Andrew in his car seat and sit in the passenger seat.

*Skip car ride*

When we pull up, Alx grabs the stuff while I get Andrew. We sit on the blanket and eat our food and feed Andrew his food.

Alx plays around with Andrew for a little while which makes both of them, including me, smile.

After a while we pack up and head home. We put Andrew to bed and head to our room and change.

"I had fun today Alx." I say to him. "I'm glad you did. I had a great time too." He says pulling me onto the bed with him.

He turns on The Fault In Our Stars and we lay there watching it.
