Chapter 39

Emily's Pov

When we get home and unload everything, Alx tells me he's going to cook Chicken Alfredo. I nod and tell him I have to make an important phone call.

I head upstairs and call Curtis.

C- Curtis

E- Emily

C- Hello?

E- You have a lot of explaining to do.

C- Why? What did I do?

E- Well first off you tried to rape Alyssa, Second we saw you at the mall kissing another girl.

C- Emily, I'm extremely sorry for almost raping Alyssa, I never meant to get drunk in the first place, as for kissing the girl, I was upset for Alyssa leaving me so I asked the girl out and kissed her.

E- Well maybe if you didn't drink Alyssa would still be with you right now.

C- Look I've done apologized, I'm trying to be nice to you and not lose my cool, so unless you want that to happen you need to shut up.

E- First off, you need to apologize to Alyssa not me, and you telling me to shut my mouth, do you know who you're talking to? I do and say whatever I want to whomever I please so don't expect me to shut up when you tell me to.

C- Emily will you shut the fuck up. God, you're so annoying I don't understand how Alx married you.

Someone grabs the phone from my hands and says, "Well maybe I married her because I love her, or maybe because she's my soulmate. What you need to do it shut the hell up and watch your fucking mouth." Alx says hanging my phone up.

"I was going to give him a piece of my mind." I tell Alx. "Well from what I've heard you did." He says. "How much did you hear?" I ask.

"Enough to know Curtis is an asshole, now come on, your food is getting cold." He says grabbing my hand.

"Carry me down?" I ask holding my arms out. He smiles and picks me up. "You better be glad I love you." He says kissing my cheek.

"Well I love you too." I say kissing his nose. "Hey no PDA around the child." Alyssa says covering Andrews eyes.

I smile at her while Alx sits me down on the chair. Alx sets the food in front of us and to be honest it looks good.

I put some of it in my mouth and it tastes amazing. When we finish, I say, "That was actually really good Alx."

He smiles and says, "I'm surprised I didn't burn it." I laugh while getting up to put my dish in the dish washer.

I walk over and pick up Andrew to change his diaper. When I finish, he starts falling asleep so I walk around for a little bit until he falls asleep.

I put Andrew in the crib and walk to my room. When I walk in, Alx is walking out of the bathroom. He looks over and walks towards me.

He wraps his arms around me and kisses me. When he pulls away, his eyes are darker than usual.

Alx starts kissing down my neck and picks me up so I can wrap my legs around his waist.

"I had to go nine months without you," He says in a growl, "Nine months without seeing your beautiful body. I'm going to make you feel good."

Alx lays me on the bed and starts ripping my clothes off.
