Happy Thanksgiving to those that celebrate, if you don't, have a great week anyway.

"The people upstairs are very noisy." I pointed at Bow-tie.

"Right! Very rude."

Guido informs us then that 'there aren't any people upstairs' and Bow-tie got excited, "Do you know, I knew you were going to say that. Did anyone else know he was going to say that?" I nodded along while feeling others panic.

"Is it the vampires?" Panic source number 1, aka Rory asked.

"Not vampires. Tadpole-spider aliens." Bow-tie chuckled at my statement. But then the windows break by a floating alien girl.

"Aren't we on the second floor?" Poor Rory. So scared.

The Doctor waves his UV light at them, then uses his sonic screwdriver to reveal their true appearance.

Guido was horrified by the faces of the once pretty girls, "What's happened to them?"

The Doctor paused to explain, "There's nothing left of them. They've been fully converted. Blimey, fish from space have never been so buxom. Okay, move."

"Come on." Rory dragged Amy along who dragged me along.

"Go, go, go, guys. Keep moving. Go, go, go." The Doctor commanded.

"Stay away from the door, Doctor." Guido then slammed the door behind him.

"No. Guido, What are you doing?" I ran to the door and tried to open it.

The Doctor was right beside me, "I'm not leaving you. What are you doing?" His sonic doesn't work on wood, "Argh, bolted. Guido!"

I remember the barrels I sat on, "Doctor. Boom barrels."

"Come on. Come on. Come on." He dragged me and ran away. The building went up in flames and I felt my skin burn. I'm so, so sorry Guido.

"Rosanna's initiating the final phase." Doctor was distraught at the loss of the families life. But we still had a fight to win.

"We need to stop her. Come on." Amy started to run.

"No, no, no." The Doctor was going at it with Amy so I ran to the school.

I ran faster then ever before, I'm gonna regret this later. I run and see Singora Spider in her throne room. "Hello Ambrose. Glad to see your standing tall."

I smile, "Thanks for the advice. So the Doctor tells me your running from the Silence?" She nods. "Why?"

"It was either move on, or perish." Her heart sorrowful but she plays it on, "You know, the Doctor has seen races perish. In fact, he is the reason for their demise."

I nod, "I am well aware." I heard the door open, "The Doctor is a good man though. He uses that pain to help others. It is what inspires him. He doesn't want others to feel his pain. You however use that pain as an excuse to punish others."

The Doctor makes his presence known. Singora smiles, "You're too late. Such determination, just to save one city. Hard to believe it's the same man that let an entire race turn to cinders and ash, right Ambrose?" She tilts her head at me, then smirks up at the Doctor. "Now you can watch as my people take their new kingdom."

"The girls have gone, Rosanna." The Doctor was solemn.

"You're lying." She looked devastated.

"Shouldn't we be dead, hmm?" The sky grumbling interrupted his speech. "Rosanna, please, help me. There are two hundred thousand people in this city." But it was too late, she was already leaving.

"So save them." Before she was gone she turned to me, "Just know, Ambrose, this is the man you trust with your race." And she was gone.

"That trust isn't misplaced." I tried to tell the Doctor but he had run out of the room.

I looked out the window and saw people in panic. Then the Doctor ran in. Then Rory and Amy rushed in, "Get out. I need to stabilize the storm."

"We're not leaving you." Rory, I thought you were the sensible one.

"Right, so one minute it's all you make people a danger to themselves, and the next it's we're not leaving you. But if one of you gets squashed or blown up or eaten, who gets the-" The house shakes, knocking them off their feet. Luckily I was holding onto the throne.

"What was that?" What do you think, Rory?

"Nothing. Bit of an earthquake." True, its nothing of what's to come.

"An earthquake?" Are you deaf?

"Manipulate the elements, it can trigger earthquakes. But don't worry about them." Yeah, worry about the thing that happens next.

"No?" Really?

"No. Worry about the tidal waves caused by the earthquake." I finally state. The ground grumbles again.

"Right, Rosanna's throne is the control hub but she's locked the program, so, tear out every single wire and circuit in the throne. Go crazy. Hit it with a stick, anything. We need it to shut down and re-route control to the secondary hub, which I'm guessing will also be the generator." The Doctor ran out and I followed. "That applied to you too."

"I know. But, two heads are better than one. Ask the Aplans." I smirked and he chuckled then ran faster.

I kept running but started to cough. The atmospheric pressure change and started choking me out. We stopped at the top and the Doctor was having trouble thinking. I took this as a chance to catch my breath. It took a minute, considering we were higher up and oxygen levels likely wouldn't be as consistent. I wouldn't truly know, I don't study environmental science, just quantum physics and engineering sciences, I also minored in sociology.

The ringing bell was stopped and the Doctor looked out of the balcony type thing. He started to climb when he slipped. I grabbed his coat, "Dress shoes are hard to climb in. Should've worn Dock Martins like normal."

He sighed, "I know. But it was a date, I had to dress up."

I shook my head and he started to climb again, this time slower as to watch his step. I watched him and prayed to the stars above that he would be safe. I made sure the bell stayed quiet so that the vibrations wouldn't throw the Doctor off. The clouds soon disappeared and the crowd below cheered. The Doctor got down and I hugged him, "You did it!"

He shook his head and said the cheesiest thing ever, "No, we all did it."

We ran back down the stairs and I met Amy and Rory with a hug. We walked back to the Tardis and I went inside to update my journal.
