The Second Stark [COMPLETED STORY]

  My heels clicked down the long hallway to get to Loki. I wasn't nervous, but excited. I'd read about him as a child, if Tony was lying I'd gut him like a fish.

  He typed in a quick passcode and the door opened revealing a tall, pale man. His long black hair was slicked back and he wore everything that the pictures showed. Black, green and gold.

  Tony stood at the door watching, I asked him to. I walked in a step and Loki turned around.
 
  "Who might you be?"

  "Athena Star, pleasure."

  "You look awfully familiar Athena, have we met?"

  "I believe we haven't Loki."

  "You know my name?"

  "Everyone knows your name."

  "Wonderful, what do you want Athena? Why are you here?"

  "I didn't believe it was true when Tony said you were real."

  "What do you mean?"

  "I read about you as a child, Norse mythology books were very amusing to me."
 
  "I see."

  "Got yourself into some trouble here didn't you?"

  "It seems to be that way, yes. If you threaten me, don't think there won't be any coming for you."

  "Did you just threaten me?"

  "I did."

  "Bold choice."

  "How do you know the tin man?"

  "Tony?"

  "Yes."

  "Business partners."

  "That close of partners?"

  "Yes, that close of partners."

  "I don't believe it."

  "Why is that?"

  "Because you two were walking closer together than business partners would."

  "I'm sure it seems that way to you Loki."

  "Why don't you have him come in?"

  "Of course. Tony!" I called.

  "What? Did he do something to you Athena?"

  "No, god no. Come here."

  He stood next to me, and Loki was actually right. He stood a little closer than business partners would normally stand, damn it Tony. Loki smirked and looked me in the eyes. His cold stare sent chills down my spine.

  "What did you want?" Tony asked.

  "What did Loki do?"

  "He killed 80 people in two days, he tried to rule over Germany. He also stole the tesseract."

  "The tesseract is real?" I questioned.

  "Yeah, he stole it from SHIELD as well as two of our men."

  "I see, thank you."

  "Yeah," with that he walked away.

  "Why'd you do it?"

  "The tesseract belongs on Asgard and has just so much power."

  "I don't care about that so much, why kill the people? Try to rule?"

  "I'm meant to be a king. My father favoured Thor more therefore I never have a chance."

  "I see. Now why the tesseract?"

  "You'll find out if you let me out of here."

  "I'd rather not do that, or find out for that matter."

  "Cautious, I see. Is it because of the Africa incident?"

  "You shouldn't know about that."

  "Agent Barton told me everything."

  "Who is Agent Barton?"

  "A friend of your beloved partner."

  "Tony told other people?"

  "Of course he did, siblings can never keep secrets."

  "I'm sorry?"

  "You two look too similar, I know your darkest secret Athena Stark."

  "Whatever you say Loki, it's your word against mine. That's bullshit and you know it."

  "Is it though?"

  "Exactly that and nothing else."

  I turned on my heel and walked out of the room, this wouldn't be good.
