2.19 Colt

 A few days later. At the Campbell's Compound. 

Dad, the bros and i were in Samuel's office. 

Sam "It's here, somewhere. I know it.  Help me move this. "

They moved Samuel's desk.

I raised an eyebrow when i saw a trapdoor. 

Dad "I'll be damned. "

I opened it and we all head down the ladder. 

We looked around. 

Sam "Welcome to the Campbell family library. "

Dean "So, Samuel collected all this stuff, huh? "

Sam nodded " Apparently. "

Dean " Wow. All right, well, what are we looking for?"

 Dad " Well, anything that'll put a run in the Octomom's stockings. Pick a row. "

We started to look through the books in the library.

Out nowhere i heard dad yell "Bingo!. "

I walked to the big table where the others were waiting for me. 

Dad "Either of you jokers ever heard anything about a Phoenix? "

Dean " River, Joaquin, or the giant flaming bird?"

Dad "It says here that the ashes of a Phoenix can burn the mother. "

Sam raised an eyebrow " The mother? "

Dean said annoyed  "Great. Where do we get one?"

Dad shrugged "You got me. I thought it was a myth. "

Sam " All right, great. Well, let's see if we can find something out about a Phoenix. "

I looked through the book i was holding. 

Then I raised an eyebrow "Guys.Guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, check this out."

I read ""March 5, 1861. Sunrise, Wyoming. Gun killed a Phoenix today. Left a pile of smoldering ash." "

Sam asked surprised "Really? Whose gun? "

Me  " Colt's. "

Sam raised an eyebrow "Colt? Colt like -- "

I nodded and started to smirked " like the Colt. From...Samuel Colt's Journal."

 Sam smirked " What?!That's his? "

I nodded "yeah"

Sam went to grab the book but i moved away "Well, let me see it."

Me " Get your own. "

Dad "Well, what else did he say about the Phoenix? What does it look like? Has it got feathers? "

I shrugged "It just says "Phoenix.""
