2.61 Cas' Is Weird

At AL's MINI MART.Morning.

Kevin was asleep in the back seat of the vehicle, which Dean was filling with gas.

Sam and Meg were in the store shopping groceries.

I was leaning against the car, looking at the flask in my hand.

Dean "you okay?"

I nodded and looked at him "yes, why wouldn't i be?"

He shrugged "Because i know you"

I sighed.

Dean hung back the gas pump and walked to me "what's wrong?"

Me "It's Dad"

Dean looked at the flask.

Me "Dad was able to show himself to us because he was channeling a strong source"

Dean "like what?"

Me "anger. vengeance. "

Dean "what are you saying?"

Me "Dad focusing on vengeance which makes him stronger. And you and i both know how things turn out with ghosts that take their powers from vengeance "

Dean nodded "i know what you mean"

I shook my head "this is not him, Dean, this is not my father but knowing he was there this whole time gave me some kind of..."

Dean "safety?"

I nodded "Yeah. I felt watched, safe. "

Dean nodded "and here i thought i gave you this feeling"

I put a hand on his cheek and nodded "and you give me that feeling with ever moment of being with you. I know you would protect me with your life but he's raised, Dean, he's my father. And even if he's like this now...he's still my father. And i know that there's gonna be a moment when i have to make a difference between a vengeanceful ghost and my father..."

Dean "but?"

Me "i'm not sure if i can make that decision as a hunter instead of a daughter"

Dean looked at the flask.

Me "Which means that you have to promise me something"

he nodded "Anything"

Me "I need you to make this decision for me."

He shook his head.

Me "no matter how much i beg you, how much i cry, to not do it-"

He shook his head "if you think i'd cause you this kind of pain then-"

I nodded "you will, because you love me, because you want whats best for me, Dean. I need to you promise me that you will make the decision i can't do-the decision of hunter who eliminates a ghost"

He sighed "Elena, babe-"

I put a hand on his chest "promise me"

He shook his head "i can't"

Me "promise me, please"

He looked at me for a second and then nodded "okay, i promise"

I nodded and leaned my forehead against his.

Dean "you know i love you, baby"

I nodded "i love you too, handsome"

He put his hands on my cheeks and was about to kiss me but someone cleared their throat.

I looked at the person and sighed "Sam"

Sam eyed us for a second.

Dean breathed out annoyed and let go of me "what's up, bro?"
