We were walking through the factory.

Me " We're very near Kevin. "

Suddenly i heard something behind me.

We turned around and there was a demon there.

The demon sent us flying against the wall.

I stood up, grabbed the knife and attacked the demon.

The demon knocked the knife out of my wirst and it flew to the ground. He grabbed me by my throat and pressed me against the wall.

I gasped and made the knife fly into the demon's back.

He screamed and let go of me.

Dean stood up as the demon fell to the ground.

I breathed out.

Dean pulled the knife out and put a hand on my shoulder "you okay?"

I nodded.

---

Dean tried to pick the lock but it wouldn't work "It's not working. "

Me "Dean, maybe there's another way in, you know? like a back door"

Dean "you think?"

I nodded "yes"

He nodded "you stay here"

I nodded and he walked away.

Then i used my powers to pick the lock and walked inside.

Crowley looked at me, smiling "Elena, as pleased i am to see you, majesty, I wish you'd called first."

I rolled my eyes.

Kevin was sitting behind Crowley, all beaten up.

Me " Kevin is coming with me. "

He shook his head "I think not. The Prophet's playing on my team now."

He held his hand up and a angel blade appeared. I used my powers to snatch it out of his hand.

Crowley made another one appear in his hand.

Me "So this is how it's gonna be? "

Crowley "It's all very West Side Story"

suddenly Castiel appeared in front of me, blocking me from Crowley.

Crowley smiled "Castiel, back from the dead i see. You look like hell, and I should know. "

Cas grabbed the blade from my hand.

Crowley eyed him "You're not up for this. "

Suddenly light shined from Castiel.

I slowly moved over to Kevin as Crowley was pretty much distracted.

Crowley "Maybe you can get it up, but you can't keep it up. "

A shadow of Castiel's wings appeared on the wall behind him.

Crowley "You're bluffing!"

Castiel " Do you want to take that chance? "

He stretched out a hand to Crowley. Crowley reached for the stone tablet on the table. Castiel smashed the tablet and the table.

Crowley disappeared while holding half the tablet.

Suddenly Dean walked inside.

Cas was on the ground, back to normal.

Outside.

Sam was taking care of the Tran family while Cas, Dean and i were by the Impala.

Dean looked at me "That was a bonehead move back there. You could have gotten yourself killed. Why didn't you wait for me? "

Me "Because i had some unfinished business with Crowley "

Dean "you could've gotten killed "

I nodded "i know, Dean, but didn't. Besides Cas showed up just in time and everything worked out good"

Cas nodded "she's right"

Dean looked at him "And if it hadn't ?"

Castiel " It would have been my problem. "

Dean shook his head " Well, that's not the way I see it."

Castiel" Hey, everything isn't your responsibility. Getting me out of Purgatory wasn't your responsibility."

Dean " You didn't get out. So whose fault was it? "

Castiel shook his head " It's not about fault. It's about will. Dean, do you really not remember?"

Dean scoffed, amused "I lived it, Cas. Okay, I know what happened. "

Castiel"No. No, you think you know. You remembered it the way you needed to. "

Dean " Look, I don't need to feel like hell for failing you, okay? For failing you like I've failed every other godforsaken thing that I care about! I don't need it! "

Castiel"Dean. Just look at it. Really look at it."

He touched Dean's forehead.

Then he let go of him.

Dean froze.

Castiel " See, it wasn't that I was weak. I was stronger than you. I pulled away. Nothing you could have done would have saved me, because I didn't want to be saved. "

Dean asked confused " What the hell are you talking about? "

Castiel" It's where I belonged. I needed to do penance. After the things I did on earth and in heaven, I didn't deserve to be out. And I saw that clearly when I was there. I... I planned to stay all along. I just didn't know how to tell you. You can't save everyone, my friend... though, you try. "

Sam walked to us " Hey. Everything okay?"

Castiel " Yeah. Just, uh... setting a few things straight. "

Sam nodded "Good. Garth is gonna lay low with the Trans. Kevin agreed on helping us with sealing the gates to hell but we need the other piece. Which means we have to track down the other piece. You're with us on this one, right, Cas? "

we looked at him.

he looked off.

Sam asked worried "Cas, you okay? "

Castiel nodded "I'm – I'm fine. And, yes, I'm with you – if that's all right. "

Dean nodded.

Castiel walked away.

Sam"It is, right? You two are good? "

Dean looked down "yeah"

It was a lie.
