Weeks later. HOSPITAL – DAY.

I pulled up behind Dean in front of the hospital. 

Dean got out of the car and i got out of mine. 

I rushed over to him "got your call, what happened?"

Dean "Frank is gone and Sam flipped"

Me "the hallucinations?"

Dean raised an eyebrow, pissed off "you knew?"

I looked down. 

He scoffed, shaking his head "of course you know"

I sighed "Dean, i'm sorry. He made me promise not to tell you. "

Dean "i thought no more secrets"

Me "you think i still would've kept it to myself if i thought that it got this bad?"

Dean looked at the ground. 

Me "Dean, answer me"

He looked at me and shook his head "no"

Me "I couldn't see how bad it really because.."

I looked down. 

Dean "Because you weren't here"

I looked down "i told you, Frank found something"

Dean "yet you went on a solo mission"

Me "yet you didn't stop me from going"

Dean "Because i knew you needed it"

I asked confused "then what is your point?"

He took a deep breath "I'm sorry, okay? i guess, i just missed my girl"

Me "I missed you too"

He nodded and hugged me. 

Inside the hospital.

Dean and i stormed into the office. a nurse followed us. 

 Nurse " Okay, sir, madam? You can't just barge in here without an appointment! "

Dean looked at the doc" They said, "Talk to Kadinsky." You Kadinsky? "

Nurse" You need to be scheduled! "

Dean" Well, then, schedule me! He was in a car crash. Why the hell can't I see him? "

Dr. Kradinski "You're Sam Smith's brother. "

Dean nodded and gestured to me "and this is my girlfriend"

I nodded"what's going on? "

The doc looked at the nurse "It – it's fine. Thank you. Really. "

The Nurse left. 

Dr. Kadinsky "Sam was admitted. He was treated for a broken rib and lacerations. "
